Monkey Wrench always does a great job with all of our needs. Today, Ozzy looked at our furnace and gave us great advice for keeping it clean and extending its life.

We have used La Canada AC and heating for years, until they got absorbed by Monkey Wrench Plumbing. We have kept up our service contracts with them and have been happy with their prompt service and knowledgeable technicians. David was right on time, gave us detailed feedback, showed us pictures of what he found in our unit, and performed the work efficiently.

I have used Monkey Wrench a few times to service my tankless water heater. Always a great experience. Luis has been out to my home a few times and he is always very nice, helpful, and informative in educating me on our tankless water heater. Always happy to answer questions I may have.

This is the 2nd time I've used Monkey Wrench and am very pleased with the company. They are dependable and fast to respond. Visiting my son from out of town and needed help with a water heater issue so turned to Google search. Plumber near me and about 10 businesses pop up. Looked for good rating then made a call to Monkey Wrench.
First experience with many businesses is when you pick up the phone and make a call. That first interaction can set a tone for your whole relationship, even making you hang up and go to the next business on the list. That alone was a 5-star experience and I knew this was the company I wanted to work with.
They called me back an hour later and made an appointment for next afternoon. Luis M. came out and was professional and understood my issue right away.
We discussed options, I made a decision on one and was good with the cost. He got to work and I saw his experience come through quickly. Water heater is back in service, I'm happy, my son is happy and all is good. Highly recommend Monkey Wrench and you'll be in good hands when Luis shows up!

Jose was efficient, friendly, explained what he was doing. But-- not a fan of Monkey Wrench, they sold me a finicky HVAC and want to charge me $100s per year to "tune it up." No way. If/when it breaks down I'm getting a heat pump system or minisplits. Nothing gas in my house by 2030 is my goal.

My experience with Monkey Wrench and Luis Castillo, in particular, good not have been any better. Everyone I engaged with was professional, friendly, reliable, and competent. Luis Castillo was sent to us for his plumbing services. He was personable and knowledgeable from the start. We felt confident in his abilities and he proved us right. If ever there is a need again for a plumber, we would contact Monkey Wrench again without hesitation.

Rick was sent out to descale my water heater, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service! From start to finish, the experience was professional, efficient, and thorough. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure to answer all of my questions- including on how it functions and what to look out for in the near future. Excellent service. I've used Monkey Wrench twice and both times were a great experience. Very timely. Mr. David Galindo helped me today with my HVAC unit and was friendly and very knowledgeable and informative. He explained the issue clearly, took photos to explain the issue, talked me through all of my options and was very patient in the process. I appreciate his professionalism and the fact that Monkey Wrench has never led me wrong. They are top notch in my book and I'll continue to happily use their services as needed.

Bradley came out to address a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink one day after I submitted the request online. It was not an emergency yet their response was prompt. Great communication relative to when he would arrive.

Nixon and Jose were friendly and kind and professional. Nixon showed me how my tankless water heater was doing. And he went above and beyond fixing something from the original installation. Jose stuck with solving an unusual issue until it was fixed. I hope Nixon and Jose continue to be the technicians for my house’s plumbing and HVAC needs. I highly recommend them.

Shout out to Jonathan with Monkey Wrench. Heres my story.... Another company installed a Noritz Tankless Water Heater 4 years ago for me which always bubbled. Started getting codes 11& 12 a year ago along with constant running. Had several different plumbers out to try to resolve the problem and was only given different quotes to not fix the issue. Jonathan was able to accurately diagnose the problem being the origonal installation had issues but was very gracious not to slam the competition which says alot about his work ethics. I will definitely use Monkey Wrench again if needed and do Thank them for their time and efforts. Monkey Wrench employees are professional and knowledgeable, clean and accurate.
