This place is a joke I drove from Panama city FL here been trying to set a delievery up for 2 days now they won't talk to you on the phone they can't email you back I'm probably going to just show up and get turned away it's bad I have 2 other delievery to make and can't make them because they can't unload or answer a phone to take a couple of ac units off a truck this is ridiculous and poor business ethics I won't be back

As a Home Owner. This is a great place to get most of the supplies that your local hardware store dont carry.

Set up a will call for 10 items in the plumbing side a day before I showed up. Once I get there they pull the order with no urgency and have no idea what they are even looking for. Been here 30 mins when it could have been faster to pick the order myself. I thought the new Ontario store would be better service but its worse than the old store they just have more selection.

Good place to deliver stuff, lots of doors, wide place to back up and maneuver, fast unloading, in and out in an hour.

Vivian is always super helpful every time I come here. Straight business!

I went to pick up my kids from school and this guy was blocking the sidewalk he even make this a handicapped guy in the wheelchair go around and going to the street I told him so many times my kids are not going to go on the street and you keep saying sorry man I can't turn I told him go right you can make a right right here he said no you told me no so many times with me and my kids will have to go on the street

Our shower handle cartridge started linking, so I decided to go to my local Home Depot and what a disappointment. The associates working didn’t even know where the part that I was looking for was even though their website said it was in stock. I left frustrated. I can across Fergusons doing an internet search. Walked into the store in Ontario and was immediately greeted by two associates. I showed one of the associates the parts I had in a plastic bag and he immediately knew what type of shower handle and cartridge it was. Took both associates a couple of minutes to get me the parts I needed. It’s so refreshing to go to a place of business and get the help you need. I had also dropped on of the screws I need down the drain and the associates tried to find me an extra one. When I got home I was able to get the screw out of the drain. I called Fergusons to share my excitement and the associate that at answered the phone actually laughed with me and said he was glad I was able to get everything taken care of. Long review, but needed to share great customer service and support experience.

Looks very fancy and modern. The price is reasonable. I like it!!
