I hired Ben and his team because of the reviews. They did not disappoint. They repaired my old TV and made it work like brand new. I hired them again to do installation and wall mounting of a TV that I just bought, and the service was just as impeccable.

Sam and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with, from quickly responding to our initial inquiry, setting up a consultation, and installing the home theater system they designed within one day. They discussed alternatives, answered our queries, and provided us with quotes, which helped us decide which system we wanted. Their customer service is excellent. When the installation was in progress, and we didn't like the speakers' color, we had a last-minute product change without a single complaint from them. They were patient in explaining the system, and we were delighted with the finished product. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I had a dishwasher problem with the soap dispenser not operating properly. When the technician was not able to solve the problem, the company refunded the service call charges. I appreciate their honesty and desire to refund the service call.

The refrigerator leaking was fixed by John. He's awesome! He came out right away after my call, and then He quickly diagnosed the problem and the possible solution for it. He fixed it on time, Very accommodating service!!! Will use again for sure.

I have an LG washing machine I needed service. Appliance Techie came within a few hours of my call. Did a complete diagnostic analysis of my machine. Found the problem to be the main power board, a very costly system to replace. We decided it would probably be best to replace the machine. I was very happy with Ed's honesty. I would highly recommend this company.

My oven stopped heating, I called Appliance Techie yesterday and they got people out today and had it working within the hour. They were super nice, explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. I am super happy with their service and it's nice to know who I can call if another appliance gives me issues.

Called around a bunch of different places to get my washer fixed , these guys were very friendly and gave me the best price. Also, they were able to schedule an appt for the very next day, when sears and a few other places offered to wait a week. A guy named Ed came over, was very polite, very nice and very professional. Fixed my problem within about half an hour, gave me a receipt and warranty. Again, very professional. Great customer service!

I called 4 different repair services about a washer issue we were having that no one wanted to repair because it was too complicated (this is after paying someone $80 to diagnose the issue). Appliance Techie is the only one who actually spent time on the phone with me and thoroughly explained what was happening with the washer, how it happened, and the cost of every individual part to fix and why we would need each of those parts. Although they could take the repair job and make lots of money on labor, they gave me the honest answers as to why they shouldn't take the job. I was very impressed with the time that was taken to speak with me and their knowledge and sincere kindness. I have saved them in my phone for any future appliance repairs and will refer them to others as well.

Appliance Techie is a great and responsive company. I contacted them via email regarding my dishwasher, which wasn't starting. After trading a few messages (and a quick video of the machine and its blinking lights) they were able to diagnose the issue and gave me instructions to fix it without coming to my home. What could have ended up costing me a lot of money for a home diagnostic ended up being fixed quickly and effectively. They were incredibly gracious about it, too. I would definitely use them again.

We are very pleased with our first experience with D&V Appliance Repair. The technician showed up promptly on the early side of the estimated time window. He explained things and showed me the parts that were damaged so that I understood the work needed, as well as the cost. I will definitely use this company again for maintenance and repair of my subzero refrigerator and Wolf stove.

Rodney diagnosed the issue with our fridge/freezer upon arrival, and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He was informative and courteous. We would use D&V again if we have any fridge/freezer issues in the future.

I tried to get service from them to repair a fridge. I called and they said they could provide same day service only to call back a few hours later to say they couldn't make it and they would reschedule for the next day. Two different people called me with this message and the 2nd person said they'd be sure to include it in their records. Next day comes along and the window they gave us is coming to a close so I call them to follow up and they said "you had your appointment yesterday." Needless to say I was disappointed and they promised a technician would call me soon. One hour later and 5 minutes before the close of the window I call back again and they claim a technician would call me back right away. It's been 45 minutes since that call and I have not been reached. Do not use this unreliable company.
