Alex came out to fix our Sub-Zero fridge that stopped cooling properly. He showed up on time, explained the issue, and had the parts ready. Super professional but also friendly. It’s rare to see that kind of service nowadays. Everything’s working great now.

My dryer was making a terrible squealing noise and stopped heating. These guys came out the same day, replaced the heating element and belt, and now it runs quieter than ever. No more trips to the laundromat—thank you!

Although the repair couldn’t be done right away, they explained everything clearly and came back with the right parts as promised. Absolutely fantastic! My Samsung washing machine kept becoming unbalanced during the spin cycle so I scheduled an appointment yesterday morning and Rodney arrived today. He showed up a little before the arrival window, but he did personally text me about 40 minutes in advance to say he would be arriving early. Definitely better to be early than late! Worth noting that I received several confirmation messages after booking as well. Upon arrival it took Rodney about 3 minutes to diagnose the problem as worn out shock absorbers. He told the price and said he had the parts in his van - 30 minutes later my washing machine is as good as new (and the parts have a 5 year warranty!). Will definitely be reaching out next time I have a need.

Dryer fixed same day-thanks to Rodney! My dryer stopped heating and I thought l'd be stuck going to the laundromat for a week.
Rodney showed up right on time, figured it out fast, and had it fixed in under an hour. So grateful for the prompt, professional service.

Very upset. Technician stayed all of 15 minutes to fix my washer. He only reset and turned the water on and off. Which I had already done. He then said it’s fixed. I thought wow! That was fast. He assured me I would not have any more troubles. I even started a load with him there. He didn’t wait until load finished. And as soon as he left. The same error started again “4C”. I called back. Immediately to let him know it had not been fixed. Now I have to wait two more days for another tech to return. I paid for nothing.

I’ve used D&V Appliance Repair twice now—once for my dishwasher and once for my Sub-Zero fridge. Both times they were punctual, respectful of my home, and explained everything clearly. It’s great to find a trustworthy local appliance repair company in Orange County. I won’t call anyone else!

D&V has repaired appliances at our homes for years and is always on time and professional and very reasonable. They fixed our Miele dishwasher most recently and actually had all of the parts on the truck-no waiting for out of stock parts!! Great guys!!
