I recently realized I had a rat problem right before Christmas and ended up called Attic Projects for an inspection. Vincent from Attic Projects come out to do a complimentary inspection which was very thorough and detailed. He was professional, patient and friendly. He answered all my questions and treated me like family. My problem turned out to be much bigger than I had anticipated so it was important for me to remedy the issue quickly. Vincent went above and beyond to work with me on pricing and scheduling. We were able to schedule the first phase of my project (clean up) the day before Christmas Eve which both pleased and surprised me that Attic Projects could accommodate. Our first crew arrived promptly and worked all day to make sure everything was done. The crew lead, Cliff, and his team were professional, friendly and again, went above and beyond to help me with a kitchen sink issue I had that was not even included in their scope. We had an another gentleman come by to do the QAQC and another crew for the install and completion. Everyone that came to work at my house was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Some items were missed/not up to my standards and each time I contacted anyone from Attic Projects they addressed my questions/issues promptly, thoroughly and with so much care. I really appreciate the customer service, the prompt scheduling and completion of my project and how responsive they are as individuals and as a company. Overall I'm very happy with the service, customer service and specially the 10 year warranty Attic Projects has provided me. I can finally sleep in my house again without being freaked out about rats. Thank you, Attic Projects. Keep up the great work.

ABOVE and BEYOND doesn’t adequately describe these guys. There are 3 teams that come to your home - initial inspection and recommendations, cleanup, and lastly the install team.

All 3 teams knew what they were doing, and cared that the job was done correctly. They answered all of my questions, and I was happy to pay for the services they provided in my attic - replaced all my ductwork, rodent-proofed it, replaced all the insulation, air-sealed it, and added storage space. Should have done it sooner, and very glad I hired Attic Projects to get the job done.

There is a 10 year warranty on their work, and I have no doubt if I needed to call them they’d be out here ASAP to make it right, but that won’t be necessary because they did such a great job. I could not be happier with the results. Shoutout to Brian, Don, and Freddie - thank you guys for all your help. I have already recommended Attic Projects to several friends, and will continue to do so.

In short, and if you’re still reading this review - hire these people. They know what they are doing and will treat you well. I wish I had another attic so I could hire them again!

Based on the inspection, and the transparency Vincent Lee has provided, along with his willingness to work with whatever is needed to mitigate the rodent issues from my house, Vincent has been very professional throughout the process. He offers clients flexible payment options and can structure projects in phases, which makes things much more manageable. Their team is capable of handling both cosmetic improvements as well as the more detailed, nitty-gritty repairs and fixes. I’m so glad I called Attic Projects! Ricky came out for the estimate and was very thorough. He spent a lot of time assessing the attic and taking videos and photos to show me. I had just replaced my roof and there was a ton of debris left behind, plus lots of dust coming through the heating vents causing breathing issues. I signed up for the service immediately and they literally started a couple days later. In addition to the cleaning, I had to have new insulation installed because mine was trashed. David and Oscar came to do the cleaning and replacement of insulation. They explained everything and did a fantastic job prepping my home for this project. It was a lot of work and took almost a full day. The guys were very respectful of my home and me and were pleasant to deal with. The quote I got was very reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done and I’m very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Attic Projects!

My husband and I recently received an inspection from attic projects. We searched online, read reviews, etc. Eben came to our recently purchased home and provided a detailed and thorough scope of work. He was very informative and helped us to understand the importance of our attic. We never felt pressured so we felt very comfortable moving forward with attic projects. Now that the job is finished we couldn’t be more happy with the service and attention to detail. The crew was amazing! Very clean and always on time. I would highly recommend attic projects.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! Vincent conducted a thorough inspection of our attic and crawlspace and provided detailed pictures of the rodent damage. He gave us a clear estimate of the scope of work the very same day. He was proactive, attentive, and took the time to answer every question my fiancé and I had. What truly stood out was how he worked with us to find pricing that was manageable and fair. It’s rare to find someone who shows such genuine care and interest in helping their clients.

The excellence didn’t stop there. Travis and his team handled the cleanup and sanitation, and they were absolutely amazing, professional, respectful, and detail oriented. They took great care in protecting our home, covering areas properly, and completing the work efficiently. The process took about a week, not just a single day, because they wanted to ensure the rodent problem was completely resolved before installing our new air ducts and insulation. That level of thoroughness gave us so much peace of mind.

It’s now been three weeks, and we no longer hear any rodents in our attic or crawlspace. We truly feel safe and confident in the work that was done. We were very satisfied with the work this company has done in a timely fashion.

Worse contractor ever; incompetent; bad workmanship; liars and crooks. Contractor demanded money upfront for work not yet completed and then abandoned project. I wish I can give them zero stars. Currently under investigation by the California Licensing Board(CSLB). Disciplinary action is pending against this licensee. Alliance Residential and Commercial were fantastic! We had many items remodeled by other contractors and the quality and the service was just not up to par. We decided to go with Alliance on our last projects and could not be more pleased. They remodeled our master bath which required plumbing, drywall repairs, etc. and they also provided additional electrical work throughout our home. They also set us up for our landscaping needs. They were very professional, speedy and used quality products. We wish we had them do our entire home from the start. It’s refreshing when you don’t have to worry about the crew in your home and having to ask them to correct any missed details. I also appreciate the follow up calls to make sure we were happy with the outcome. Alliance delivered as promised and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend them.

I hate my pool. I wanted a sleek, modern design instead, but they talked me into a '90s-style pool and pool equipment that can't do the job because there aren't enough ports to heat my pool. Every day, I walk into my backyard and regret the owner talking me into an awful pool design. I absolutely hate my pool, and my equipment is overkill. I'm extremely disappointed. I hate hate hate my pool.

Had the consultant come by for an estimate, he basically said that it would be his first quoting a simple pool since he was used to homes in Orange County areas such as Laguna Niguel which are basically million plus dollar homes and I guess our middles class neighborhood like Whittier, wasn’t rich enough to quote. After all that talking he said he would try and get us a a price that day, it’s been about 2 days and still have not receive a courtesy quote. All we wanted was to get a price and have a pool built. I will keep looking for other contractors.
