Constraction reviews in Orange, California

Our neighbor was having work done by Hillside and I was impressed with their work and reached out for a bid on our turf project. Met with Byron and he provided me a great quote and was able to complete the job in just a few days. Now our next door neighbor is working with them as well. Super nice work and the team is timely and neat. Highly recommend Hillside.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and clean. They showed up on time with great communication. Thee team did a great job and would highly recommend them.

So grateful to have chosen Hillside pavers to to refurbish our backyard and pool deck. Very professional process from start to the end. Byron was great to work with, and had many additional ideas to make this transformation better than we had dreamed. We Love our new Backyard and want to thank Byron, Oscar and everyone at Hillside for making this happen!!

Byron at Hillside Pavers did an amazing job on our walkway. The quality and attention to detail were outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond with customer service. Honest, professional, and someone I’ll definitely use again and refer to family and friends!

I’m thoroughly impressed with Hillside Pavers. Despite reaching out on short notice, Casandra quickly arranged for John to provide a same-day estimate—which was a stroke of luck. John took the time to walk me through each step involved in installing a high-quality paver driveway. Throughout the process, Casandra has kept me well-informed with consistent follow-ups. Oscar has also been great—patient and clear in explaining the project as work gets underway. The entire team is easy to work with, punctual, and professional. Their pricing is unbeatable, they use top-tier Belgard pavers, and they offer excellent warranty terms that reflect their confidence in the quality of their work.

Jason and Oscar provided outstanding service. Their team was there on time every day, and got the job done in the timeline that they had promised. We ran into some unexpected issues and they got a specialist (which I paid for separately) out there the same day to complete the work on time. The backyard looks so much better now!

Hillside pavers were extremely professional and on time. They gave a fantastic quote and didn’t nickel and dime us. Pricing was transparent and fair. Working with Byron was a breeze. They kept to key timelines and managed their sub contractors properly.

Highly recommend giving them an opportunity to transform your yard!

By the time that I was scheduled to meet with someone at Hillside Pavers, I had already gotten 3 quotes and I was actually planning on cancelling the appointment but I got the dates mixed up. I met with Jon and he was very knowledgeable and worked with me to get the project within my budget.

Before they started work, I had my old fence removed and did not realize there was a hidden electrical wire that provided power to my detached garage. Jon helped with a solution to dig a trench so that my electrician could come later to connect the power.

They came everyday promptly and cleaned up as best as they could at the end of the day. Jon was also very responsive and easy to get a hold of.

My backyard turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend Hillside Pavers.

They turned my messy yard into a neat and welcoming space. I’ve already received compliments from neighbors.

I had a persistent sprinkler issue at one of my properties that two other services couldn't seem to resolve. Richard Diaz stepped in, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed it right on schedule. He provides excellent work at a very fair price. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great customer service did great mowing my lawn and removing my weeds! Made sure I was satisfied with my lawn.

Richard is very reliable, quick to respond. Does a great job, in a timely manner. Richard is the man when you need a new backyard. The concrete finish was amazing.

Quality work and good prices would highly recommend for any masonry work.

We added a wall and outdoor landscaping, they went above and beyond in capturing the little things needed. They were patient in waiting for me to make up my mind in what types of materials or where to put things. They made it very clear when and what they were going to do all at a fair and clear price.

Richard Landscaping truly understood my vision for the outdoor bar and brought it to life beautifully, all while offering a fair price. I'm obsessed!

I had my BBQ STAND BUILT and some other masonry work; I could not be happier. Excellent job, great service. What was promised delivered with an excellent result. Thank you

BEWARE....don't use these guys!!! I had my entire back and front yard redone by Richard Diaz Landscape. They removed the existing concrete and replaced using Flagstone less than 3 months ago. I started noticing hairline cracks in grout, also spots and streaks forming on my driveway so I called Richard many, many, many times with no response, I've been told they used the wrong sealer. Once paid they are gone for good and don't stand behind their work. They talk big and cost big but are just unprofessional flakes!!!!

I had a backyard remodel done and couldn’t be happier with the results. Great service, fair pricing, and top-notch workmanship. Highly recommend!

Richard completed a large stone project across the entire front of our house. We were very pleased with the work from start to finish. His team was always on time. Left the work area very clean at the end of each day. Kept constant communication. The work itself was high quality and done with pride. They finished ahead of schedule.

They are the best. We had a hard time to find contractors to do our retaining wall. Then we found Richard. He and his staff were friendly, fair, highly skilled and excellent problem solvers. Thank you guys for doing such wonderful jobs. We highly recommend Richard Diaz Landscapes.
