So happy with this service. Had another company come out for the same repair and they quoted me 3 times the amount that Service Lion charged to complete the service. Fernando was pleasant, on time and very professional. This will be my go to service moving forward. Thank you for being honest!

Service Lion was very quick in responding to my matter. Their technician, Oscar, arrived within the estimated time frame and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional in resolving my issue. He provided additional tips and information, which I felt was a sign that this company goes above and beyond for their customers. When I followed up requesting a copy of my invoice, they were quick to respond and send me a copy.

Tim and Sam were courteous helpful and gave full information needed. Tim especially is expert in his field of mechanical engineering and explained clearly in detail the issues that needed fixing, giving me three options to choose from to fully meet the AC repair needed at this time. Appreciated the respect and courtesy as well as knowledge they both expressed to me, as well as to my golden retriever, Crispin!

Complete removal of old heating unit and a new Heating System installed. Job well done. Your 2 service Tech workmen were here approximately 4 hours com0leted and tested our new Heating System .
