Has to be one of the best places to go in the city of Orange for suppliers for electrical plumbing and HVAC. The people are super helpful there and have a lot of knowledge and up-to-date on codes. And a plus they're right by flappy Jack's

5 stars all the way these guys are great. Alvy the store manager is awesome, friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. If you go anywhere else your missing out.

They don't stand behind what they sell. All they want is your cash & expect you to deal with the manufacturer. Bought some $20 Crock wire strippers, they're not working correctly, when I asked him if he'd swap them out he turned me down. But it's his loss, I WAS going to buy another "good" one for a co-worker!

My plumber and contractor bought all staff for building an ADU.They started the job,but there was so messy,
After a month I decided not to continue the job with the guys and chose another company.
I returned the remaining parts,somebody in warehouse told me: they are dirty and need to be cleaned,I cleaned them and bought them again,they refused to take them back and just returned a few parts.
I don’t recommend you to go and buy them if you might change your mind and want another contractor.

Not at happy with no prices on the shelves and depending on who helps you is the price. This place is not for retail customers only for subcontractors. I loathe having to ask every price on every item. The classy way to do it is just label the shelves with pricing and tell the subcontractors their discount. Even Pacific Sales stopped doing that. I will not be back. I don't need to drive 6 miles when they're 2 other paint stores nearby.

Im a retail customer who need a bunch of plumbing supplies and this place had the best prices. There are 2 guys who look like brothers and one of them was extremely patient and knowledgeable about parts/configuration. I went to Ferguson first, and boy are they $$$. Really happy I was told about this place.

Mike G was amazing! And overall, the customer service from the first call to schedule our appointment up to being notified when our tech would arrive exceeded my expectations. We called to have a tune up but were concerned with a noise our AC unit was making. Mike took his time to inspect and explain our whole system to me making sure I understood. He troubleshooted a couple issues and took pictures for our file as we will need some work in the near future. I look forward to continued business them as I feel they were thorough and trustworthy.
