Their electricians were able to arrive at 9 a.m. and get right to work. They completed the task in a timely and efficient manner. Great service, very courteous, and really reasonably priced - highly recommended.

Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Completely Disrespectful

This company is an absolute disaster. They promised to come out, never showed up, and never called. I literally lost business because of their incompetence. When I asked to speak to a manager, they said they’d call me back — of course, no one ever did.

When I followed up, they told me there was “nothing they could do.” Then they blamed it on their receptionist, saying he didn’t know the schedule. If that’s true, why are they hiring untrained, unprofessional people who mess up customers’ appointments and cost them money?

This company does not care about customers, does not take responsibility, and clearly has no idea what professionalism looks like. I will never use them again, and I strongly warn others to stay far away.

We hired the team for a full-house rewiring and they did a great job. They replaced all the old wires, added new outlets, and made sure everything was safe.
