From the moment I contacted the owner John Davis at Pro Tek all the way to the completion of my electrical needs from Carlos and Jose, my experience could not have been any better. John was very communicative when I had reached out for a request. And was very upfront about the work that needed to be done and the timeline. ProTek Lighting & Electrical is a very professional and organized outfit. Our church installed a very large LED video wall and needed the extensive electrical and data cables installed very quickly and with short notice. Alfredo quickly provided a very fairly priced quote and promised to deliver in time for us to meet a tight schedule and they did. Great service. Had everything I needed for automation/control devices.

We specifically went to Mag-Trol because we felt they were experts in piecing together components for a specific application. When the parts arrived, they were incorrect and Mag-Trol refused to allow us to return the items. We ended up purchasing the required items elsewhere. A total thumbs down.
