Very impressed with the results! Surprised more companies don’t offer their service - glad I found Brite Turf!

I had Brite Turf out to fluff up and deodorize my turf. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. He spent a few hours working hard and did a great job deodorizing but I wasn’t overly impressed with the fluffing. My turf is only a year old and is in great shape overall but we do have 1 small area where our dogs have gotten some mud compacted and now the turf is kind of flattened out and doesn’t drain properly. He said he would spend some extra time on the area but he likely wouldn’t be able to make much of a difference (and unfortunately he was right). It looked a little better when he was done but within a few hours of him leaving it looked exactly the same as before he came out. I only hired them because their website specifically mentions that they can improve these kinds of problems and based on their reviews everyone seems to have such an amazing experience. I’m bummed it didn’t work out better.

We have a dog and haven’t cleaned our turf in over 4 years but felt it was time since we were going to have a backyard party. Jonathan was our technician and he was friendly, efficient and did a great job in making our yard look new again! Looks like new! I would highly recommend their services. We had our artificial turf installed 2 summers ago and had not done any maintenance. Weed started to grow around the edges and began popping up in random places. We also have a small dog that does her business on turf. Overall our turf was looking tired. Brite Turf came out today and our artificial turf looks like grass again. I am very happy with the outcome.

Wow! I’m so impressed with Brite Turf’s service. I have dogs and after a while my turf started to smell, especially during the hot weather. I got the full service, which includes cleaning and sanitizing. I wasn’t sure if anything or anyone would be able to address the smell, but it’s GONE and my turf looks brand new. I would definitely recommend using them and plan to use them again. Enrique was awesome! He explained the process and expectations and was very thorough with the cleaning.

Jonathan came within the window—great! He finished within the 90 minute estimate—also great! And the backyard is currently odor free—extra great! He says the smell may come back but should dissipate after 72 hours. We will see…

Briteturf made repairs to low spots, cleaned, sanitized and fluffed up the artificial grass in my backyard. They were on time, the quote was reasonable and the staff was professional. Great experience. I definitely recommend this company.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Enrique blew our minds away with his attention to detail.This turf has been at least 10 years old and needed a deep clean. We weren’t sure if it was ever going to look like new again. Not only did he make it look like it was brand new, he also got rid of all the dead leaves, cobwebs, debris and all the bugs that came with it. We were so thankful for his expertise in grooming and cleaning our turf. We’re happy we found someone we trust and will definitely be going back to them every time. Give them a shot and you won’t regret it. Thank you for all that you do!

Artificial turf front and black was flat, some blades bent over--"lawns" had a grey appearance. Then Jonathan of Brite Turf appeared: power broomed lawn in multiple directions, added infill, spray-cleaned at end to remove dirt and dust. In less than an hour, turf looks revitalized!

The team and service was 5 stars. Cristy was our customer service rep and was communicative during the onboarding process and honest about pricing and terms.

We have three dogs using our backyard turf daily, so odor control is a big deal for us. We had Brite Turf come out for a deep clean and they did an awesome job. They treated the turf with enzymes, the smell is completely gone, and everything looks fresh again. Super professional, on time, and worth it if you have pets and artificial grass.

We have 3 big dogs using about 600 sq. ft of artificial turf every day to do their business. We take good care of this area superficially, but the deep cleaning that Brite Turf does for us every 6 months keeps it looking great and feeling and smelling clean and fresh. It’s a great service.
