Brite Turf cleaned our synthetic turf and did a great job. we have two dogs and the turf was getting stinky. they did a multi step process and now the turf is clean and smells good. I also appreciate they use pet-safe products.

The most incredible customer service! Brite Turf was quick to respond and very thorough in making sure the job got done and done perfectly. With dogs and young children constantly using our yard, we never knew our turf could get this clean! Looking forward to using them regularly and spreading the world to all of our friends and neighbors.

Scheduling was so easy, even though I was at work the weeding and sanitation got completed! I have a very big back yard and between rainy days the worker was still able to complete within just over a day. When I called to ask how much per room for cleaning the carpet , they said $39.00 per room. But when the guy came, he said 2 rooms for $120.00 because there are some spots on the carpet that he will need to remove. However when he is done, there are still a few spots he said he couldn’t remove. He did a very poor job. I had to show him he missed some spots. It only took him about 20 minutes then he is done. I will not use this place service again.

We had just come back from a two week absence out of town. I'm a clean freak so the last thing I needed was any stress due to mess and dirt. Well, upon arriving, the new kitten we adopted two months ago had pooped and peed EVERYWHERE due to a gastric illness. I am not exaggerating when I say this kitty did not miss a spot of carpet. We have a steam cleaner because our carpet is white (yeah, I know), but my husband could not get the stains or smell out. I was nauseous just from the smell. So, a day later I decided to research a quality carpet cleaner to clean up this mess, if possible. I read a lot of reviews and settled on one to come on Saturday (that was their first availability date). Finally, I found Katella Carpets Care. The rest is history. They were just great. They are real professional and we shall keep their number for next time.

Would absolutely use Katella Carpets Care again. Cleaners was extremely flexible. Fast but thorough service--we had high traffic areas that needed extreme cleaning, and it looks great! He even left shoe covers for the furniture deliverers to use. The price was much cheaper than other carpet cleaners.Fantastic!
