Mike and his team went beyond what I imagined a cleaning company to do. We brought back some equipment and a wedding tent that seemed would take days to clean. He called all he's guys out and they got I done in one day. The team was very professional, polite and detailed. I recommend Dirt Busters 100% to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Thanks, Mike! The cleaners are capable, thorough, and trustworthy. I’ve never been disappointed even a little and am often delighted at the details they leave for my newly clean home! The manager is also very responsive and friendly to scheduling requests. I definitely recommend!

Five stars is not enough. I signed up for the house cleaning package plus carpet cleaning, for a 1300 sq-ft townhome. The home has two levels with a combination of tile floors, carpet, custom tile bathrooms, and a teenager's messy room. Every inch of it has baseboards. Holy smokes, their teams were up to the challenge! I've used cleaning services before, but Dirt Busters beats them all. They were friendly, courteous and professional. I also liked the way the cleaning crew would check in often, making sure I was satisfied with the work, then move on to the next room. They got behind cabinets, over the furniture, and in-between everything else. They even cleaned two years of pizza spills from inside the oven! The house cleaning team needed more time than estimated, because our house hasn't been deep-cleaned in two years-- but the price was right and worth every penny. I like the way Mike includes the costs up-front, for each line-item, for how much per hour with estimated times, and anticipated Total Cost; and then sends the information to the customer using both email and text. No surprises. Except, to see how surprisingly GOOD these guys really are. Seriously, thanks a million to Dirt Busters for a cleaning job, well done.

Mike and the crew are GREAT! they know what they are doing, they are prompt and professional. I use them not only for my home but for my business also. I hired them for carpet cleaning but turns out they Also clean Tile & Grout which is a win win for me because now all my floors are clean thanks to The Dirt Busters.

Hired these guys again and AMAZED what they did with the carpet upstairs. I thought they were going to say this carpet cannot be saved due to the deep stains of traffic and pets but they got the carpet clean!
They even offered suggestions on how to keep some of my original wood floors clean without damaging it. VERY impressed with their knowledge, effort and professionalism. Thanks again guys.

Just had my house cleaned by Dirt Busters today and I absolutely love the job they did! Every surface was spotless and they didn’t miss a thing. My team of Teresa and Margarita were friendly, professional, and efficient. I had a bad experience with another service and couldn’t be happier that I switched. I just wanted to commend Ivana and Javier on a spectacular job that they did on the house. I hired them for 3 hours to clean the kitchen and bathrooms, which were heavily dirty, and they cleaned the kitchen up so well I hardly recognized it! All I can say is , "Wow!" They were so professional and didn't need a lot of direction. They finished the bathrooms quickly and were so thorough cleaning up the kitchen. I would definitely use Dirt Busters again based on their solid cleaning abilities.

Very happy with Dirt Busters. They are very nice people and their prices are great. They responded in a timely manner and worked around my schedule. I used them to clean my store which has a lot of foot traffic and my carpets looked great. They use natural cleaning products which is safe for my baby and dog that are at my business. Will be using them again

I absolutely LOVE dirt busters! First, the owner Mike is a Marine vet, got to support our military and Veterans! Second, the responsiveness is top notch! Every time all the time! I’ve used them for anything from house cleaning to carpets and couches (I have 4 dogs)! The service and quality is unparalleled to others! Last, Luz is the absolute BEST housekeeper I’ve ever had! She is so kind, so caring, gentle and loving (again 4 dogs) and her work! Wow! Nothing better! She really is phenomenal! I’ve had other folks clean and they are all great as well. Love Dirt Busters! If you’re thinking about it - go with them. I’ve never been dissatisfied and I’ve been coming back for years!

I cannot sing Dirt Busters praises enough! I am probably amongst the pickiest of people when it comes to cleaning standards. I am annoyingly picky! When I called Mercedes to set up a cleaning & explained how picky I was & that I needed the house to be deep cleaned (including the wiping of walls & baseboards, etc.) she completely understood & had me tell them everything I wanted done. And let me tell you, they can do ANYTHING! Even clean out air ducts, carpet cleaning, curtain cleaning, couch fabric cleaning! I had them clean out my refrigerator & it was IMPECCABLE!! & their pricing is hourly, but they work SO FAST but so thoroughly!! And if you have a specific way you like things cleaned you can let them know and they accommodate it!! I have them coming weekly now & I can let Mercedes know ahead of time what I would like them to do. I decided to do a deep clean once a month & then a regular cleaning weekly. Even their regular cleaning blows me away!! But I love that they offer every service I would ever need! Even doing laundry & folding clothes!! I cannot tell you how long I have looked for a cleaning business like this! They have multiple teams of 2 that they send out, but if you find a team you like most you can request to have that team come weekly! We loved Divana & Javier & the way they cleaned! & we also loved Teresa & Margarita! Mercedes the manager provides kind, excellent & very professional management & customer service. And she responds to text messages which makes it very convenient to send what we would like done each week and she sends out reminders about date and time of cleaning & sends texts when the cleaning team is on their way. And if during the time that the cleaners are at your house you notice something you would like them to re-do or do differently, you can call Mercedes or text her & she will inform the team for you and they work hard to adjust it to your liking! Payment is also very easy, you give them your card & then based on the hours the cleaners clean the card is charged accordingly. And you can easily change the card on file any time. You would think that if they charge by hour they would move slowly to make more money but they DO NOT! I cannot tell you how fast they work! But still do a fantastic job! The deep cleans take longer than the regular cleaning of course, but they have never gone over 2 hours to clean my entire house! And if they don’t clean out the fridge it’s even closed to 1 hour! A super deep clean with deep cleaning kitchen appliances takes usually 3-4 hours. But that includes window glass, walls, borders, doors, window shades, etc. But you can tell Mercedes if you only want certain areas deep cleaned!! I’m telling you, look no further! THIS IS THE BEST & ONLY CLEANING SERVICE TO USE IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT!! Thank you for saving my sanity, Dirt Busters! I am a loyal customer forever!

Dirt Busters is a top notch organization; the whole team was super friendly, courteous and professional. Their prices are reasonable and my floors haven't looked this good since they were first installed.

I really appreciate the honest advice I received from Mike Salas about what services would be beneficial for me. He was considerate of my budget and regularly communicated to let me know when he would arrive and how the job was going. I never felt pressured to buy anything and I genuinely felt like the entire Dirt Busters team had my families best interest at heart.

Dirt Busters has been cleaning the carpet in my rental home for years now.  We have four residents and the carpet gets very stained. But every time they came out it looks brand new.  They are efficient, quick and trustworthy (they have even come to the home when no one has been home and lock up after themselves).  Prior to exclusively dealing with Dirt Busters the carpets never looked clean…the staircase was literally so filthy and stained – I don’t know how they do it but it looks BRAND new now.  Mike Salas (the owner) is incredibly kind and professional. Actually, the entire staff is.  I rarely write reviews but this company deserves a great rating.  I am lucky to have found them.  I just give them a call and after that I don’t have to worry about a single thing.

Mercedes and Mike are the best! Excellent communication, friendly, knowledgeable, and overall great service. Their team helped clean my home of previous owners pet allergens, including very tall/difficult to reach parts of the home where dust had accumulated for years. They also thoroughly cleaned the air vents and ducts and even provided before/after photos and video of what the ducts looked like which I thought was very cool and informative. Thank you so much to the dirt busters team for removing all that dust and allergens and helping me breathe better in my own home!

Dirt Busters did an awesome job I own a daycare in Lahabra and this is the second time they have cleared my carpet. I love that they were able to accommodate so quickly. They also cleaned my daughter's room I can't even tell she sleeps with her puppy 🫣 . And they were so clean I highly recommend

Over the years I’ve used Dirt Busters several times for deep cleans, carpet cleaning and duct cleaning/repairs. Every time they do an excellent job, and are prompt and professional. They have great customer service and make scheduling easy. I love that you can book everything all at once. Mike the owner is great and has gone above and beyond multiple times when he’s come out. I always know I’m getting honest feedback and can trust in his expertise. Everyone I’ve worked with there though is always very friendly and make the prices easy. Ana has come to clean a few times and I highly recommend her as well. She does a great job and is extremely personable.

They did it again! Dirt Busters continues to be the best in the business! I’ve used their non toxic carpet cleaning services and tile services in the past so I knew we had to hire them again! My technician paid attention to detail, used the most effective tools to transform not only the look but feel and smell of the home! I just moved into a home where the former tenant had a pet that was clearly having bathroom troubles. My family and I can now walk on floors free of residue, and pet stains with years worth of uncleaned grout. He went above and beyond and I’m thankful we’re now starting our adventure on better footing!

My 18 year old, multiple kids, carpet hadn’t been deep cleaned in 5 years and it looks amazing! I waited a full week to write a review, my carpets look brand new, we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I was worried with our 2 high trafficked areas, but they look fantastic. The service was very professional, easy to book and I felt comfortable with them in my home!

First off, I thought their customer services was great. For the most part the carpet was cleaned very well but unfortunately the pet stains are still a little visible. I just moved into this house so the stain wasn't there for no more than a month. Wish they could have gotten it out. But overall, the guy was nice and the customer service was great. I still recommend this place even though those stains were not 100% gone

Carolina is an excellent housekeeper-we have been so pleased for 15 years! She is reasonable, trustworthy and thorough!
