Master Janitorial Service is fantastic! We needed a reliable janitorial company for our office building, and they have exceeded our expectations. The team is thorough, and professional, and always does an excellent job. It’s so nice to come into a clean office every day. I highly recommend their janitorial cleaning services to anyone in need of a top-notch cleaning service.

We’ve had Master Janitorial handling our multi-tenant office building for over a year. They’ve been fantastic at keeping shared spaces like lobbies, kitchens, and restrooms consistently clean and welcoming. I truly recommend this company :)

After trying out a few cleaning services that didn’t meet our standards, we finally found the right fit. Master Janitorial Service understands our needs and goes beyond just basic cleaning. Their team is attentive, responsive, and always ensures our office is spotless and ready for business.

The sale manager, Nora was very helpful in the beginning. As for the cleaning service, they were the worst cleaning service we had. On multiple occasions, our restrooms would have feces left on the toilets after they supposedly cleaned the night before. We only had three stalls to be cleaned that multiple students would use and they could never clean it well enough. We would come in after service and find that they only emptied the trash and did not clean anything. We could very easily find time to empty the trash instead of paying them to empty trash bins since they were supposedly being paid to clean. We would check the alarm system after cleaning service to find they were in the building under 3 minutes. Just long enough to take the trash out and not clean a thing. To make things worse, once we decided to cancel their service, they no showed the scheduled date to return our key. We had contacted them regarding the issues with service with photos of the poor service that we received and it was never addressed by their manager. They know how to get customers but do not know how to keep customers. Do not use their service.

Edit: I attached the emails sent when we gave notice over two months prior due to relocating. There was no falling out because we were never told that we had to give 30 days notice because they never responded to our initial email when we were going to cancel. We were cancelling a lot of services. We had absolutely no reason to fabricate the photos of their lack of service. We sent it to them to be aware of their employees poor work ethic, cleaning abilities and lack of responsibility. We are a business that paid for cleaning services and expect to receive such services and not have to go clean after they were supposed to have cleaned the night before.

As far as commercial office cleaners go we are proud to say these guys are the best we've ever had!

From day one the management team from this company has been professional, courteous, and on point with their vision for what we needed at both our facilities. We have our corporate office in Anaheim and a satellite in Lake Forest and Momentum Janitorial has both locations looking better then they ever have. Complaints have all but disappeared!

We have 3 facilities throughout Orange County and Momentum Janitorial does a very good job providing us with the office cleaning for each location. Some issues do come up from time to time but I guess that's just unavoidable on such a large scale. I must say we do appreciate the effort that's put forth by the management at Momentum Janitorial whenever something does come up and we are impressed with the quality of staff they have provided for us. Hands down one of the better commercial office cleaning companies we've dealt with.

We decided after a long an extensive bidding process that we would award the office cleaning and janitorial services contract to Momentum Janitorial. We just felt that of all the commercial cleaners we conversed with that they were the best long term fit for us. We have a large warehouse/office building with over 200 employees so the decision was not an easy one. 6 weeks later we are very happy with our decision and with the way Momentum Janitorial has performed to date. In the beginning there were a few bumps but they have settled in nicely. I would give this company a 7 star if I could.

I've hired and fired a few commercial office cleaning companies in my time but Momentum Janitorial is in a class of its own. Since they've taken over the janitorial and day porter services at our Anaheim facility our office has had a completely new look and feel. Every morning when we arrive you can tell that the offices were cleaned, the restrooms cleaned, and you can eat off the kitchen floors.

They are a wonderful company to work with from management to the cleaners who come in each night. Thank you Momentum Janitorial keep up the great work!

When we opened up our new office we quickly realized that we needed someone to clean up after us each day and we found Momentum Janitorial online and they gave us a bid which seemed reasonable and they've been with us for 3 months now.

This was my first experience in hiring a commercial cleaning service and I wasn't sure what to expect. I did reach out to a few other companies aside from Momentum Janitorial but in the end we just felt like they were the most professional and they seemed to have lots of experience cleaning offices and they seemed to really care about doing a good job and that's what interested me the most.

We are extremely happy with Momentum Janitorial. We've had the same cleaners since day one and they've never missed a day and are super cute. The company is very responsive and professional. And I like that the account manager regularly reaches out to me to see how things are going.
