Tried this cleaning service after being loyal to another for three years. Pleasantly surprised as I’m always a little timid to try a new company. I was embarrassed to leave a bit of a mess in my bathroom, but they made it feel fresh. The lady got all the cracks and crevices and organized my junk on the counter without feeling invasive. Anyone in Fullerton or north Orange County should try it out. I think the most important thing is I didn’t feel like a stranger was rearranging my things.

We had one visit so far, Friday and Im very pleased so far. Chris is very professional and absolutely love his communications. With reminders, when on route, when here, he even called post cleaning to check in to be sure satisfied. The lovely lady that did our cleaning was so sweet and friendly and detailed and we like her a lot. We lost our long term house cleaning lady and it’s been a challenge to find the right fit and I feel we found them finally! It’s so difficult to find someone that cares for your home as you do and to let strangers in, but I feel we hopefully have one again! We have asked them to come every 2 weeks as satisfied so far!!!

Excellent! Vanessa focused on some things I don't generally do like the stair bannister and polishing (not just dusting), and deep vacuuming that collected more pet hair than I normally could. It was evident that she was putting in extra time and care. I appreciate that. I will be happy to book her again 😊

I give this company five stars all the way. Vanessa, came and cleaned my apartment. She cleaned things that I had never even thought of Cleaning. Very efficient very friendly. I’m very happy.

I usually clean my own house often but had guests coming over for the weekend and wanted to get the place professionally cleaned. Called in to schedule an appointment and Chris was really responsive and able to work around my schedule. They came on time and left the place spotless! My guests even commented how clean everything was so highly recommend.

They even have discounts if you need your place cleaned regularly which is nice.

Vanessa C. was so awesome! She totally amazed us with how detail oriented she was with cleaning. She wowed us with how sparkly clean the house was when we walked in. She's also really funny and charming. We would love to have her back. Also extremely happy with how easy it was to book. The customer service was also really amazing. All of my questions were all answered and there was someone there to take my calls. The overall experience was very pleasant.

It was superbly convenient to schedule a cleaning on short turnaround, and due to a late change, it was just as easy to update my appointment online. Best of all, Vanessa was spectacular. She cleaned my home just the way I would want to clean it, taking time and care to do things properly. I am so appreciative and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Excellent housekeeping service and the owner/manager Chris is incredibly easy to communicate with. So far here are the things I enjoy the most:

1) Reliable service that is discounted with routine scheduling.
2) Fair pricing for the size of my home.
3) Easy to navigate website to change or reschedule appointments.
4) Manager/owner is easy to get in contact with regarding any concerns/issues. Chris will always touch base after a service for feedback.
5) I’ve had 2 different housekeepers so far and both have been excellent. One even cleaned out the hair from my shower drain without even asking!
6) I can keep my credit card on file so I don’t have to worry about Venmo/Zelle or writing checks.
7) I receive automatic reminder texts a couple days before my service so I can make any changes if I need to.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for a reliable housekeeper.

Glowing Home Cleaners are so great. This is my first experience with a cleaning service and it has exceeded my expectations. Christine and Kim did a very thorough job. Very pleased!

I’ve used this service for 2 monthly cleanings. Chris is extremely responsive and well organized. He booked my cleanings and immediately followed up upon completion.

Kim is great! I like that she paid attention to the details. I can be particular and was honest about my initial experience. While it wasn’t bad, it just fell slightly short of my standards. Chris took the feedback and sent Kim today. I mentioned only to highlight their responsiveness to customer concerns. Kim did an excellent job, catching the things that were overlooked the first time.

I’m extremely pleased with the results. The service is outstanding. The staff are kind and courteous. I highly recommend giving them a try.
