Avoid this cleaning company! I got scammed by them.

I'm not the type to leave review regardless of the service's quality but I'm so upset that I have to leave one right now. When I ask for price estimate for a post construction cleaning on 04/24, they texted me saying $70hr for 2 CLEANERS (keeping screenshots). It is in my price range so I booked them for 4 hours. The cleaners Anna and Aida are very nice but everything was not finish since there are a lot that still need to be clean so I book them again today 04/25.

This time they are charging me $70 an hour for 1 CLEANER only without telling me. I paid $280 for 2 cleaners for 4 hours on 04/24 and $347 (they give me a $38 discount when I call them) for ONE CLEANER for 5.5 hours on 04/25 when it shouldn't cost that much for 1 cleaner.

I asked and they said the price is for the house, not cleaners. OK, so I asked if they can send 3 people on 04/26 to finish the job and obviously the answer is no.

TRIED THEM OUT FOR 4 WEEKS FIRST TWO WEEKS THERE WERE GOOD, THEN THEY GOT TO COMFORTABLE THEY STARTED SLACKING OFF I STOPPED TIPPING THEM WHEN I NOTICE THEY WERENT INTO THERE JOB ANYMORE. THIS LAST TIME THEY WERE HERE FOR 25MINUTES! I AM A DISABLE PERSON I CANNOT WALK SO I DEPENDED ON THEM AND TRUSTED THEM, WOW. WAS I WRONG. FOR ALL THE OTHERS GOOD FOR YOU THEY DID A GOOD JOB, FOR ME IT WAS BAD I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
