These guys are great. I hired them to clean our office and they did a fantastic job.

I don't know why a cleaning company would leave postcards on the ground outside of offices - it becomes trash and I wouldn't use a service that leaves trash behind.

Hired this company 3 months ago to do monthly carpet cleaning in our office. We see a Ron of foot traffic and spot cleaning was no longer doing the trick. This company comes out now on the first Saturday of each month and gets them clean. The owners of the company have noticed the difference in carpets being clean and that's a w in my book.

The revolution of yelp has forced businesses to level up. Which has helped small business owners like myself find better businesses to work with. I have for the most part been happy with businesses I have found here and have been working with this company over the past year. I often use this company for post construction clean up. The majority of my work is renovating offices. After a long couple months of renovation, I typically do not want to go back onsite to do any cleaning. So, we have partnered with this company and they now handle all of the post construction cleaning, which has really helped me focus on just doing the renovations then on to the next job. Saves me a lot of time and hassle for something that is not my core business- CLEANING. Hard working crew and customers have always had good things to say.

I am a rental property owner and I have had several conversations with this company as my rental properties are adjacent to the ones they maintain. As I have gotten older and have been looking towards retirement, I knew I was in need of a good maintenance company. I decided to hire a full time calling service for tenant calls and now use this company over the last 6 months to handle the building maintenance. The time and stress I have saved over the past 6 months has really been life changing. More overhead cost overall, but has made the day to day operations much easier. I am sure I am not their biggest customer as I currently own 3 facilities, but I have not ever felt ignored or put on the back burner, which was my original concern. I am happy with our service manager Pedro.

We had our carpet clean, and our tile floor stripped and rewaxed. Everything was clean and the tile floor looks great.

I have been on and off with several companies over the years. My family owns a smaller car dealership and the last 3 years we have been able to afford a cleaning company. The previous 2 companies were not able to fully staff our needs and often the day porter would not show for their shift. I saw a crew next door and contacted these guys 6 months ago. We have since not had an issue with the day porter and I am happy that we do not worry about the cleaning. The staff is respectful of our employees space and sales team. Like Em.

Hired these guys for post construction clean up for my construction company I work for. We had a 40 unit multifamily remodel job. The feedback I got from the GF on site was the crew was on time and able to work around our guys. They also helped out with a few tasks that weren’t originally talked about and finished ahead of deadline which is rare for us. We were happy and our client was happy. We will use them again.

I was looking for a company that was able to handle the full scope of service for our new property in Anaheim. I was relocated from New York as the company has grown into different markets, and I love lease ups.. $$$$ I did several meetings in January before hiring this company in March. The account representative is punctual and available. We had a few staff members that did not fit in our team and had to request different cleaners, but now have a great team put together. In my years of experience, you can have the best looking property in the world but without a strong team it will not be successful. I would recommend this company for anyone in property management looking for a full service maintenance company.

My boss asked me to look for a new cleaning company because we were unhappy with the one we currently have. I tried calling 6 different places and only 3 of them picked up. I scheduled an appointment and only smart janitorial showed up on time. They were really professional and gave us a fair price. They started last week and they have done a great job, they followed up after the first cleanings and the office actually looks clean now!

I went on google maps to look for a cleaning business that wasn’t too expensive. I called Smart Janitorial because of their great reviews and within a few hours someone was able to come and look at our work space. The next day i received a quote and it fit perfect with our budget. Their cleaning crew has already come in once and i can already tell that this company really cares about its customers. After the first cleaning their account rep came to make sure the cleaning was spot on (and it was). Really looking forward to working with Smart Janitorial.
