I requested a move in service the morning of my actual move. They were priced high but the service seemed to be comprehensive. After they left and I opened up the cabinets and drawers, I saw that they were not even cleaned. Was extremely disappointed and frustrated as I am trying to put things away and now have to find where my cleaning supplies are packed so I can clean the cabinets which I already paid for. I would never use them again and highly recommend you look elsewhere for a more reasonable better cleaning service.

Great job cleaning! They both did a fabulous job! Not certain of their names though. Possibly one was Minerva and the other one is male and he is always good and thorough!

Jolanda does a great cleaning. She is professional and takes suggestions well. She has been coming regularly for many weeks and now knows my house and my preferences,

Minerva and Yanet did a wonderful job of cleaning my home. My days are exhausting and full of meetings, training, and my daughters. When I walked into my home it was like a breath of fresh air. After my wife gave them a brief overview of her needs they performed well with no supervision needed and finished the task completely and on-time. They were professional, respectful, thorough, and courteous.

BEWARE!!!! I am absolutely disgusted with MaidPro in Orange. I hired them to clean my house and ended up having my jewelry stolen by one of their employees, Kim. I had been using MaidPro for 2 years and never had any issues until now. Kim had been working for me for a while and seemed trustworthy, but looking back, I realized that little things had gone missing before, like medications.

I filed a police report and criminal charges against Kim, but when I contacted MaidPro about the situation, they refused to take any responsibility. They claimed that they had no control over their employees’ actions and refused to compensate me for my stolen jewelry.

I am appalled by MaidPro’s lack of accountability and their failure to address the criminal behavior of their employees. I will never use their services again and I urge others to beware of the risks involved in hiring MaidPro. It’s not worth the risk of having your belongings stolen by their untrustworthy employees.

Cleaning crew of 2 arrived on time and started right away! They did an amazing job, and were so friendly with my cats. My house smelt so fresh afterwards, I’ve never seen my old bathroom look so clean before, and my floors were sparkling clean! Thank you for such a wonderful first time house cleaning experience! I definitely recommend!!
