Amazing and speedy service!! I received a marketing postcard from A&S, and after three unsuccessful attempts to schedule with another company, I figured I would give A&S a shot. I’m so glad I did! I was given a same day quote which was fair pricing and they were able to come the next day to trim the 4 trees on my property. They were diligent in their cleanup and even made sure my neighbors yard was fully cleaned as well. On top of that they are great at what they do, this is my third time trimming these trees and this is the best by far from a looks perspective, my neighbor even commented how nice they look this time

Highly recommended A&S! If you need your trees trimmed these are the guys to handle it hands down! I researched A&S and based on the overwhelming 5 stars reviews I gave them a call. Jesus, the supervisor, actually answered the phone on the first call which is almost unheard of these days. He offered to stop by within a few hours of our call. He showed up on time, very friendly and professional. We discussed my highly overgrown Sycamore tree and how best to trim it while maintaining its shape. I appreciated his understanding of how much I love my tree and how nervous I was based on bad experiences with other tree trimmers who have hacked my tree and left it bare and scarce. Jesus took the time to listen to my concerns, showed me how they would trim my tree to not only keep its shape but also provide a canopy and most importantly trim the overhang that was lying on our house. He sent me a quote that evening and offered to do the work the following day. His crew showed up at 7:15am 15 min prior to their scheduled time. They took great care to cover my front wooden gate and fences and got straight to work. His crew worked efficiently and safely, did a beautiful job and afterwards spent time raking my yard, blowing the patio and front walkway as well as our cul de sac clean before leaving. My tree looks amazing! They shaped it beautifully and left enough leafy branches so we still have some shade for summer. With so many companies giving people the run around, not returning calls and doing shoddy work it was refreshing to have found A&S! From our first phone call with Jesus, meeting him a few hours later to discuss the job, receiving a timely quote and having his crew showed up within a day, earlier than expected, to the professional work of his crew and clean up resulting in a beautifully trimmed tree our experience was top notch. My husband and I could not be more pleased with Jesus and his hard working crew!

Debris - Jesus and his team cleaned and disposed all the branches and leaves that fell, leaving our backyard nice and clean.

Time: It took the team about 3 hours to take down this 30-40ft tree. It was amazing to see how fast they were moving, as well as being very strategic to make sure no branches fell over to our neighbors yard.

Pricing: Very competitive compared to a lot of other companies.

Service: Jesus was very transparent on what they were planning on doing. Their team was also very careful to not break anything. But even if they did, accidents happen and its nice to see that they weren’t recklessly cutting without thinking things through.

We recently had two large trees removed by A&S Tree Service, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jesus and the crew arrived right on time, and handled everything with real professionalism. They took great care to protect our home and roof as the trees were right next to our house and the main reason they needed to be removed.

I chose A&S Tree Service from 3 estimates. Jesus, the supervisor, made an exceptionally good impression at the first meeting. His estimate was prompt and professional. He listened carefully to our concerns. His crew was on time. They prepared the entire backyard to protect our patio covering, walls, plants and fence. Their work was as good as could be expected. Everyone was polite and considerate. They cleaned up well after removing three large trees and the stumps. I was impressed. They deserved every penny of the fee which was very reasonable. I heartily agree that they were my best choice.

Jesus and his crew were amazing! They cut down 9 massive Canary pine trees, removed the trees, removed the stumps, hauled away the debris, and cleaned the yard. They arrived at the scheduled time, were kind and courtesy and patient (while I debated about cutting 6 or 9 trees) and did the job for the quoted amount! I highly recommend A & S Tree Service! This is the second time I've worked with Jesus for tree removal!

Appointment was schedule between 2pm - 3pm. Got a call at 3:20pm asking if it was ok if the appointment could be moved to 5pm. Took the time off my job to be there. Why is it so hard for people to do what they say they are going to do. Do not use this service, just a waste of time.

What did I have done?

David is a nice guy but tried to charge double when more work was presented. The total amount of sprinklers that needed to be changed were 5 in backyard. We then checked the front and found 5 more needed to be changed out to bigger body sprinklers. Most places charge a bit more since they are already there which is normal and understandable. This company was acting like they had to send an entire additional crew to change out 5 additional sprinklers and wanted double his price.

I would highly recommend this business. David was amazing to work with, he was quick to respond, helpful, and worked closely with me to get my big back yard project done in a timely fashion. He was also cost efficient and updated me at every step. I am very happy with the results!

So thrilled with the Tru crew! They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves everyday and gave me my dream yard as promised!

Zach @ Tru Landscape was tremendously helpful with our front yard landscaping. We are truly thrilled with how the job turned out and we're getting lots of compliments from neighbors on our new landscaping. Zach's team was fantastic, showed up on time in the morning and left the job site clean at the end of every day. I don't normally write reviews but Tru Landscape went above and beyond in their work and I highly recommend them for any landscaping job you may need.

We hired Tru Landscape to remodel and update our existing pool and refurbish our landscaping. Because we needed new plaster in the pool, we opted to partially fill it and enlarge our jacuzzi, including making it deeper. They took so much time with us to make sure the jacuzzi was how we wanted it and we’re in it almost every night!! We would give Tru Landscape and A+ for both quality of work and customer service. They were patient with our many requests, worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and maintained the schedule as weather allowed.

There were very few issues, and anything that did come up was handled quickly and professionally. We’re extremely pleased with how everything turned out, and we would definitely recommend Tru Landscape for all of your outdoor construction needs.

Watched their driver of their signed vehicle disobey just about every traffic law ever created, and almost hit two pedestrians. I tried looking them up and calling them but never got an answer and gave up. I did report them to the police but they probably won't do anything about it since it's only hearsay.

They do the landscaping for Fairview Green Apartments in Santa Ana. Many of the buildings have large patches where instead of planting shrubs and trees for shade they use Round Up. Large patches of grass and empty strips along the buildings. Corners where shade trees and Birds of Paradise where cut down. They need a lot of work on their landscaping techniques. 👎
