Where do I even begin? This company is everything you think of when it comes to customer service. They are charismatic. They are efficient. They provide supreme quality landscaping. More than anything, their happiness and pride in their work shines bright. Forgive me for not being able to list everyone, but shout out to these members of the Harvest team: Sean Floody, Nika Richardson, Ratha Chau, April Castillo, Gabriel Torres, and Paul Kapsch. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Harvest Landscaping in the HOA industry, and they are truly top tier. Their communication has been excellent, and the entire team is consistently positive, professional, and genuinely eager to help in any way they can.

At one of my communities, the previous landscaping company had been onsite for 13 years, and over time the quality of care steadily declined. Harvest stepped in and immediately brought the property back up to standard. They quickly learned the ins and outs of the community, and the transformation has truly been night and day.

Their software platform is also top-notch and easy to use, well-organized, and incredibly helpful from a management and tracking perspective.

I have had the pleasure of working closely with Heather Leivas of Harvest Landscape on a newer development I manage in Ontario, CA , Shadetree Community Association. When the Board expressed dissatisfaction with the current landscape provider and directed management to solicit competitive bids, Heather was the first professional I thought to contact.

Heather consistently demonstrates professionalism, kindness, and a genuine passion for the brand she represents. From the outset, she engaged thoughtfully in the process, asking strategic questions, attending multiple site walks with the Board, and providing thorough documentation and detailed proposals to support informed decision-making.

It quickly became clear to the Board that Harvest Landscape was the right partner for the community. They are genuinely excited to see the new team take pride in a property they care deeply about.

What has stood out most is Heather’s intentional approach to relationship-building. Even today, on the day of the initial inspection, she personally called me while en route to the property to introduce the assigned Account Manager, reinforcing that this association would be handled with care and accountability from day one.

Heather has instilled a strong sense of trust with both the Board and me as the managing agent. I sincerely appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and leadership, and I look forward to continuing our working relationship across additional communities in the future.
