I needed a new AC and furnace replacement, and Antonio and his team were just absolutely amazing! They took care of everything and explained the whole process from start to finish. Our new unit is working smoothly and we couldn’t be happier. So glad I choose Omni for the job!

During these cold winter nights heaters are a must... mine decided to not want to work out of the blue. Called around for someone to come as soon as possible to check it out and repair it as soon as possible to no avail. Fortunately my last attempt was the best. They sent an amazing crew. Robert, Armstrong and Christian were amazing. They explained with detail the what was wrong and the process that they were going to do to solve the issue. While they were taking care of my heating issue they noticed my air ducts were filthy and took care of those as an added bonus saying they took care of their costumers. They were very efficient and quick. Honestly good service like this is hard to come by these days. When it came to paying I loooved the fact that every charge was explained and shown what and where it was done. They are very reasonably priced and I felt like they should have charged more for their amazing work ethic and care they demonstrated to my family and home. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my HVAC system where the drain wasn't draining properly. I contacted Omni Air and they responded very quickly. They came to my house and someone from the team explained to me what was causing the problem and how it was going to be fixed. They were very professional, explained everything in detail, and were a delight to work with. I will recommend their ac repair service in the Orange area.

Omni came out to look at my unit a few weeks back and were very knowledgeable when it came to finding the problem on my condenser. They were professional, courteous of my home, and answered any questions I had. They were also able to fix and replace the problem within a few days and my AC has been working perfectly ever since. Will definitely keep them in mind and recommend them to others that need help with their AC in the future.

Absolutely phenomenal response time with this company ! I called at 8:10ish am on a Thursday morning because my mini split was leaking and I didn't want it to cause any water damage. They had a technician at my home by 8:40am!!! That was my first wow factor

Rob and Abraham were able to quickly determine that my drainage had been clogged and were able to get it cleared right away. They were super helpful and informative on how to prevent future drainage issues with my system. Definitely recommend these guys

In the middle of our cold snap our heater stopped working. It was very chilly in our home. Omni came out the same day I called. Jacob was a fantastic technician and fixed the problem. He was professional, courteous and explained everything to us. We have used Omni before to repair our air conditioner. Once again very responsive! I recommend this company highly. Did our a/c stop working in the hottest day of the year so far?! Of course it did! I called Omni and they were able to schedule me for the next day. Harri came out and determined the cause immediately. He replaced the broken component, and sweet relief! The air blew cold again. I felt the price was fair. Omni will be our first call next time something like this arises.

In Irvine, feel like it’s hard to get good professionals who will give you good service at a great cost. I feel I was lucky in working with Ethan who explained a lot about the problem and then Christian, Ryan & Armstrong who completed the repair. Ethan worked out a solution to really help my budget and Christian, Ryan , and Armstrong were professional, courteous, and extremely nice. I truly appreciated this kind of company. I also didn’t feel pressured and they let me work on my time frame. Great service! Will definitely call for future needs.

So we've used Omni Air twice now, the first time we were having problems with our system and they came right away and fixed it with no problem.

The second time our AC just wasn't cold and we didn't know what it was, come to find out our condenser went out and needed to be replaced. We got an entirely new AC system installed through Omni due to our previous success with them.

The entire project took them 2 days to do everything. Zak and Rashad, the owners are just awesome guys. Their employees were amazing as well and did a spectacular job keeping everything in the house clean while they worked. The only "problem" I'm having now is I'm freezing in my house lol! If you're thinking about using Omni for your AC needs, wonder no more and just do it. It'll be the best thing you do for the comfort in your home!

I was very pleased by how quickly Omni Air came out to estimate. They gave me an on the spot quote that I was able to sign, and they came and installed the next day (winter time) for my heat pump unit. The installers worked throughout the day, and they put drapes down and cleaned up after themselves. They took extra time to walk me through the operation of the unit and made sure they closed out everything. Their price was very competitive. Above everything else I appreciated was their customer service and interaction with the customer.

Among the handful of companies that sought my business, Omni Air offered the most comprehensive package at the most reasonable cost. They completed the work in the time they said and left my house probably cleaner than when they arrived. Their follow-up was thorough and in line with what they promised before they began. Had a very good experience with Omni HVAC, They got back to me right away on a Sunday to have someone come out on Monday. They were the first to respond and after having a couple other estimates decided to go with them because of their honestly and responsiveness. It was a very smooth process from beginning to end and I would recommend them to anyone. They even bought us lunch on the install day, totally surprised and very much appreciated. Anna at the office was always responsive and very helpful. Robert and his team were great at the first appointment and on the day of install. Very happy that we went with Omni Air.

Other HVAC companies better start taking some notes, OMNI air HVAC is the Shohei Ohtani of HVAC companies!!! My AC unit was not working after the natural gas in my condo community and in my condo unit was restored after being shut off for almost four months to completely replace the gas pipes for the entire condo community. The SoCal Gas Company techs went to inspect my condo unit's gas-powered appliances before turning back the gas, but didn't say anything about the state of my HVAC unit. As as the gas was returned to my unit and the whole condo community, I noticed that my HVAC unit in my condo was not working during the last few weeks of summer. I couldn't keep ignoring the problem with my HVAC unit when I saw that the summer heat was still ongoing in October, so I did what I always do when I need to look for new business, I went online to search for local HVAC companies. After reading the great reviews about Omni air online I decided to go with Omni and I called them on Saturday afternoon.
I think it was Anna that answered the call, she answered the call right away and scheduled me in for Monday morning. Robert and Armstrong were the techs who arrived on time at 8:30 am with dark blue boot covers. They were quick to diagnose the problem, and gave a proposal to fix and do future preventative maintenance on my HVAC system.
The indoor universal blower motor failed due to lack of maintenance. Before any work was done, Robert suggested to go to the furnace with him and Armstrong so that he could explain to me what he was doing, and so that I could learn how to do the maintenance on it to save myself some money. Robert and Armstrong replaced the blower motor and did maintenance work on the furnace. Robert educated me on how lack of maintenance on the furnace can lead to fatal carbon monoxide poisoning and is a potential fire hazard. Robert and Armstrong finished the job on my HVAC unit in 2 hours. After they finished the job on my HVAC unit, both of them cleaned up the area that they worked on, and left it better than before they arrived. HVAC unit now works and is able to both cool and heat my condo. See you in a few months Omni for summer maintenance. If you are still looking for an HVAC company, stop here, hire these guys, it will be worth your hard-earned money.
