When my AC was malfunctioning (i.e. no cool air), I reached out to a few companies. My experience with OMNI was very positive.

+ Effectiveness: Since OMNI's work and visit 3+ weeks ago, my AC has been working fine now. They were able to complete the repair in a reasonable window.
+ Local Small Business: I believe they're based in Anaheim/Orange County and not part of a franchise, which I prefer.

We had a very old model furnace that couldn’t be repaired anymore so had to be replaced. We got Omni Air HVAC to help us choose the right one and do the replacement for us. They’ve done the entire thing very well. Highly recommend them for furnace installation and repair.

Omni Air is a great liable company , Zack the technician came by to fix the issues another company had installed a newly system . Zack adjusted dampers and did the best he could for the airflow to work correctly . Thank you Omni air

Nathan from Omni Air came out for maintenance. Precisely on time, asked thorough questions for my needs and problems I may have, changed filters. He kindly covered his shoes as he was walking into my Livingroom to check on the switch, our air system is ready to go for another season. The service was quick, straight forward, thorough and complete.

Our home was having a heating problem during the cold weather. They responded quickly and came to my residence within a few hours. The staff was professional and courteous and took their time diagnosing the problem. They fully explained the issue and quoted a fair and reasonable price. Now our family is warm and cozy. I will always use this company for all of my HVAC needs.

Omni Air came out because I had an issue with my AC. The technician Jakob found out it was a thermostat issue and did a great job installing the new one. I would definitely recommend this company for your repairs.

I would go lower than one star if that was possible. They charged us $1200, four times the price for a capacitor replacement on AC deceiving us on what needed to be done and why the price was that high compared to the prior times. Unbelievable! The worst service experience ever in our past 25 years in OC!

OMNI is a great company. We had company from Northern California visiting and our air conditioning stopped working. Call other companies and they couldn't come out for a week. Called OMNI and they sent someone out right then. They got our air fixed. I will definitely call them for all my central air needs.

Our furnace kept running and we called Omni Air. Jakob was available the same day, diagnosed that our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. I accepted the quote to replace and Steven and Robert came out two days later to install the furnace. They did a great job, went above and beyond to address other issues to make sure that the new system functions perfectly. Love the new WiFi thermostat. After several bad experiences, we found OmniAir a keeper. They are our HVAC go to from now on. Five stars service.

Rashad, Zack and team were awesome from the very beginning to the very end. Zack came out and gave the estimate and answered all my questions and Rashad came out for another look and answered more of my questions. He was so patient with my "and one more question" emails. Zack and his team were at my house for ten hours to make sure all was done right with the installation of our new furnace and that when they left I would be in a cozy house. They were incredibly clean leaving the areas worked actually in better shape than when they started! Zack installed the Nest and patiently walked me through its usage. I am so so happy we chose Omni for our new furnace. If in the future we decide to get an A/C they will be the first I will call.

The best. I am so lucky I was put in touch with them after calling another company and so so experience. Ethan was great and came out same day to give me an estimate. He explained the project, financing, and communicated throughout the process. The crew was equally as good (Rob, Robert, Armstrong, I think). I felt like they took the care they would with their own home and were extremely clean and friendly. It was a long day with a curveball but OMNI went above and beyond. Do not overlook these guys!

It’s difficult to find fair prices for HVAC services. Especially, as a woman, many estimates are priced higher trying to “trick” us into paying more. Omni Air has great prices and detailed everything I needed done. Our tech Rob did a great at explaining all work that was done. Made everything so simple for us!

OMNI AIR was great! Our technician was Jakob and he was very friendly, informative, honest with the problems going on with the AC unit, and answered all questions. He repaired our AC right away and got it up and running less than an hour. I also appreciated to quick response time. I needed a new A/C installed and after receiving quotes from a few HVAC companies I contacted OMNI. They came to my house and provide a very competitive quote and was able to start immediately. The installation wasn’t easy as the guys explained what had to be done and provided recommendations. The OMNI team was very professional and provided great quality service at a great price.

What a breath of fresh air (pun intended). Every person that was on our property was courteous to us as the client, but also to the other employees. They truly worked as a team. When they ran into an issue removing and replacing a 40 year old gas furnace in the attic, they worked through the issue and came up with a solution. Great company with even better employees. They listened to the little details I wanted and executed them in each level of my install. From the initial estimate from Ethan(very knowledgeable about the product) to Felipe and the installation crew(detailed craftsman all), the job went smoothly and no detail fell into the cracks. Great and satisfying experience.

I called in to get an estimate on a new HVAC unit. I was very happy with the service they provided. The company manager came out and thoroughly inspected my current HVAC system, explained what was causing the problem, and then unclogged the drain. He was very neat, polite, and courteous during the whole process. I will be using Omni Air for my furnace repair needs from now on.
