Randy and his team did an amazing job on our heat pump installation! We had multiple quotes from various HVAC companies and Randy's quote made the most sense. It was a challenging job in our old home. We had a non-working old HVAC that needed to be demoed out and fully replaced. Randy's team came in and demoed the old system, replaced all our ductwork and installed a brand new Bryant 4 ton 38MURAQ48AA3 with matching 40MUAAQ48AA3 fan coil and ecobee thermostat. He and his team were very professional and always cleaned up after every day of work. The city inspector was also very impressed by the installation calling it one of the top 10 installs he has seen! Overall we are very happy we went with Randy and his team. Randy is very personable and easy to reach if we have any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Rand Aire Mechanical!

Owner Randy came to assess condition of the unit and determine unit was in need of replacement. This unit was 27 years old. Explained the changes in the coolant currently used and provided 2 different manufacturers and prices. On day of repair, the crew came and were friendly, informative and diligent. Unit and all associated work which included tubing, insulation and wiring and clean up were all completed by 3PM. I Highly recommend Rand-Aire

Working with Rand Aire was a great experience. Our very old HVAC rooftop unit died and was too rusted to repair. Chose Rand in part because they gave the lowest bid but was delighted with how professional they were start to finish. Very happy with the new heat pump system and pleased that they followed up to make sure that we were happy with everything

Not only do they offer top level service, their pricing is unbeatable. These guys are the real deal. They can service your exiting system or install and entire new unit. Christian did an excellent job cleaning the drainage system of our air conditioning unit. He was extremely polite and patient with us throughout the process. It's refreshing to see young men like him these days — we need more like him!

I only deal with one plumbing company & that’s We Care plumbing!! Technicians are well trained & educated to their respective specialty. Today, I have Jacob Yucas to maintain my furnace. He’s very courteous, knowledgeable with his craft & give suggestions on which to be aware of & need to be change or fix in my furnace. Did a very good job!!

I recently scheduled the $24 promotional AC maintenance for my 2-year-old inverter unit. The technician checked the air temperature from the vents, inspected the air filter, and assured me he would clean the outdoor condenser.

After the visit, I received an invitation to review the service on Google. Before doing so, I decided to check the condenser myself and was disappointed to find that it had only been sprayed with water—not thoroughly cleaned (see pictures). This was the one aspect I needed the most attention, as I wanted to prevent potential rust issues.

While the service was quick and inexpensive, I was hoping for a more thorough cleaning.

Jacob/Technician was prompt and efficient to perform the routine maintenance and services on both heating and AC units.

We bought our air conditioner from them several years ago. Very please. We use them them to service it about every 6 month. Technicians are very pleasant and informative. They know their job which is a great plus. Love doing busy with We Care because they stand behind their name!

Our Lennox unit of 3 years didn't work and the thermostat display didn't turn on. Christian and Alfredo Came to the rescue diagnosis the issue. They were able to quickly find the issue and clean things out so that the sensor won't shut the system down. They offered their maintenance program which we are considering. Excellent service provided by Christian of We Care. He called to confirm ETA as well as a text which included his photo so I would know who to expect for the service call today. Prior to entering my house he placed on booties which I was pleased to see. Christian was knowledgeable, courteous & clearly explained the procedure he was going to perform. We purchased a new HVAC system from Costco last year and were extremely happy with the purchase process and product installed by We Care Plumbing Heating and Air. We purchased the maintenance package to be sure to protect our investment. Our first inspection was yesterday and Christian Allan showed up promptly with a smile. He explained how he was going to handle my inspection and what I should expect and then he got to work. He was professional and communicated well throughout the process. In the end we showed me pictures of my unit and what he had inspected and made sure that he answered all my questions before he left. I was really impressed by Christian’s communication skills. I am so glad that we went with We Care for our HVAC and the maintenance package is definitely worth it.

Christian Allan is an awesome technician! He is very professional, friendly and very respectful. He knows his craft very well and explained to us the problem of our AC unit and what can be done to fix it, and fix it he did! He is very thorough and prompt. We highly recommend Christian and WeCare heating, plumbing and cooling company all together!

I was disappointed with the diagnostics performed on our AC unit. The technician told me that unit needed a new fan and motor and luckily he had the parts. When I agreed to the1500 dollar repair. The tech went up to make the repair. 2hrs later he tells me to turn on the AC and its not blowing cold. He goes back up to roof and does a pressure test for the refrigerant. The ac unit had little to none. And unfortunately the unit is so old its 500 dollars a pound to fill and it takes more than 10lbs. It wouldn't have signed off on the repair. Instead I am now in a 1500 dollar loan that I financed for the repair. Extremely disappointed.

Awesome experience! Very professional, kind, informative and thorough. Our first time with them. Will definitely reach in future for any AC, heating or plumbing needs :) It’s a great feeling to feel relaxed not pressured or surprised.

Shane did through AC check a recommended we replace the filter and compressor start up module, which he did. He throughly explained the reasons showing good technical knowledge on how the AC system works.he worked hard to complete his work and kept me up to date in his progress by communicating in a respectful manner. He is young and could use a little more training to “ leave no trace”. By this I mean the ceiling panel he moved to access the attic was placed on a dirty area in the attic and the panel picked up dirt, bits of insulation and dirty fingerprints that was not cleaned when he replaced the panel, see photo. Other than that he is a good representative of the professionalism that We Care is noted for. Steven and June Dobbs
