We highly recommend Rand Aire for your HVAC needs. This company was remarkable to work with. They managed to get us scheduled in a timely manner, showed up on time and were very neat, clean and professional. We needed to change out our 27 yr old AC/heaters and as unpleasant as that sounds….Randy and his crew (Gerardo, Jacob and Aaron) made it a great experience. There are so many companies to choose from so we’re happy to have chosen well.

Let me start by saying Thank You to Randy and his crew. Our a/c went out on Friday afternoon. I called Saturday morning to leave a message thinking I would hear back on Monday, but I was delightfully surprised to hear from him that morning. He met me at 11:30, testing everything and we had a quote shortly after. My husband called him back later that day. We were set for our replacement for Thursday. The crew showed up on time, are very respectful, very diligent and had our systems changed out that day by early afternoon. They hauled away the old and cleaned everything up. I couldn't recommend a better company. Randy is very honest with his pricing. I will recommend him to anyone I know and I have.

Rand Aire takes care of their customers. No pressure evaluation of our existing system. Did not oversell us even when we asked about bigger systems. Recommended relocating the forced air/heater to the attic - so glad we did this. 2.5 days start to finish - new system works great and his guys were clean and did great finish work touch-ups. Randy, and his crew, from Randaire are very professional. When they came into my home to inspect my heating unit, he gave us a no pressure quote for a better unit. When we decided to upgrade our unit, he and his crew came out to install it.
They were very professional, and polite. When I got home from work that night, I couldn't tell anyone was ever in our home, except for the fact that our heating unit was working better than ever.

My HVAC was replaced on 4/30/2025 to use the new R-454B refrigerant and couldn't be happier with the results. The overall experience was really good. Here are some key points...

- Excellent customer service from initial quote through installation. Great communication along the way with Randy Miller (the owner). I was always well informed and they were on time and on schedule.

- Quality of unit and workmanship of install was very high.

- Removed existing ducting for 2 bedrooms and replaced them with larger diameter flexible ducting.

- Installed new Honeywell digital thermostat and replaced all stamped face registers to high flow to improve airflow.

- Completely protected my floor when working and zero mess when they were done.

- The crew is incredibly efficient, professional, polite and friendly!

Randy has always taken very good care of us and goes out of his way to come out to take care of us quickly. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

My office HVAC was not keeping up in the Summer / Winter and I turned to Google to find someone to service our equipment. Rand Aire was highly rated online and Randy was quick to come out and quote me on a system tune up as well as redoing previous tenant’s jerry-rigged ductwork. Randy and his team installed all new ducts for supply and return as well as new registers to replace the incorrect sized that had previously been in place. They also took the time to balance each office correctly. The finished result has been better than we expected. We now get even heat throughout the offices and are excited to see how it performs in summer. I highly recommend Randy and his team.
