They have been courteous and timely in the service of both my heating and AC unit. Always making sure that we stay up to date for the warranties. Additionally, did a great job in the first place to replace both units.

17 stars!! Our HVAC was so rusty that water from the shower came thru the heater. Gordon came here several times measuring and looking for the least expensive yet efficient way to repair. Everything fixed in one day(after waiting 10 days for a critical part to arrive from Canada) by Nick and Pedro. Couldn't be happier with Elite HVAC.

Elite HVAC installed my A/C and heating system in 2011 under a special Southern California Edison HVAC Program. They did an excellent job and I still have a warranty contract with them to service the system every 6 months.
This hot summer 2018 has really tested the system and is has been consistently performing to keep the house at a comfortable temperature.

Our AC died a slow death this last spring. Elite vac came out shortly after we called, gave us a great deal on an AC unit, and got it installed right away. What little mess they made (which was hardly noticeable) was cleaned up immediately. We are senior citizens, and we felt we were treated honestly and fairly. They came out after 6 months and double-checked everything. Great company! Very forthright!

Elite did an amazing job fixing our AC unit. Despite it being a hot day, they were still able to make it out on the same day we called. They diagnosed the problem within minutes, despite other companies not being able to. It was a quick and easy fix. Highly recommend.

We had an emergency installation. It was the hottest day of the year and our system went down. We had been caring for some very old Pugs and they were very heat sensitive. Within 24 hours Elite showed up with a small army of contractors each with their own task and proceeded to remove the old system and install a beautiful and quiet new system (York). Thank you! I would describe the people I dealt with at Elite HVAC as polite, friendly, punctual, and honest!! Harrison was the man who came to my house. He was friendly and thorough. He even videoed what was happening in my furnace to show me, it was actually catching on fire.... that could have been a disaster! After my new heater was installed the man walked me through everything they did and asked me if I had any questions. I had a great experience and I would definitely not only use them again myself but I would highly recommend them!! Thank you Elite HVAC!!

I called them out to look at my rental property in June. The tech called me and told me that there was a leak in the system and that freon would need to be added. They offered to use stop leak seal as well that would stop the leak in the system. Total cost $1,164.50. 2 months later doing a check on the house i noticed that water was pouring our of the AC overflow. I called Elite to come check it out. The tech called me and said that the system was leaking and it would need to be replaced. Cost would be 11k. So why did I pay $1,100 for just two months earlier? I do not think they used the stop leak and will be disputing the original charge.

Had these guys come out to the house for eval. the company never sent me a quote. I even called to follow up multiple times and they still never sent me a quote. I'm all about supporting local business and these guys are around the block from my house. But guess they don't want the business. do not recommend them as they're not responsive. If they don't want to prioritize new business, it reflects on how they'll treat their customers after the job is done. After writing my google review, the owner Gordon called me, not to apologize or rectify the issue, but to argue with me and say that the quote was sent to my spam (which it didn't). they didn't even want to knock the price down to try and get my business, which i asked for a cash discount and didn't seem to be an option. buyer beware and do not recommend.

Very happy with the service I received from this company. The ac died on Sunday and Nathan got to my house by late Monday night to diagnose and fix the issue. While he was there he did a general service as well. Fair price and VERY professional service. They will be my a/c choice again, when the need arises.

BEWARE: This company, Comfort Elite claims they purchased Elite HVAC but I suspect that Comfort Elite and Elite HVAC are the SAME company. Comfort Elite will not honor the parts, labor and maintenance warranty from Elite HVAC. However, historically Comfort Elite has used the Elite HVAC web and internet name - FOR YEARS....this is a way to slide out of warranty obligations to consumers. Comfort Elite was rude, lied to us and was probably this most arrogant company we have ever had the misfortune to deal with - they illegally charged our credit card and retaliated when we reported them to the BBB and the State of California Contractors license board. Comfort Elite is so bold that they actually told us they were retaliating. This company used threats and intimidation to try to scare us into not asking questions. They love to claim that they are recording your phone conversations - so what I don't have anything to hid but this company sure does. If you had dealings with Elite HVAC file a claim against their bond if you were cheated out of parts. labor or maintenance warranty. I could not believe the depths of nasty behavior and manipulation that Comfort Elite exhibited - they are totally unprofessional and not trustworthy. I will NEVER deal with them or recommend them to anyone - ever.

This company is excellent. 2 years ago when another hvac couldn't figure out why my ac kept shutting down .. These guys came out and discovered the problem and made the repairs. I recently called them back for maintenance. Office is very accommodating and friendly. Their response time is the best. Nathan called when on his way and did the maintenance right quick. Great company. I highly recommend them.

The AC unit at my mother's home was installed approximately six years ago. There was no problem with the installation or the unit. However, if you choose this company for their warranty service, DO NOT. They do nothing but waste your time. A scheduled service was set (which we thought was included in the installation price, but is not), and not only did the technicians not show up, there was no call. (When I called THEM - after their allotted four-hour window - I was first told they called me. When I told the office I had the phone with me all morning, I was then given more untrue excuses. She finally gave up trying to come up with an excuse. They can't even tell the truth on a service call.) There should be a way to charge these companies for wasting your time - unfortunately there is not. My suggestion would be to find a reputable service company and use them. I would NOT ever use Elite HVAC for anything. There are too many others to choose from.

I had the pleasure of dealing an employee named Nathan. He came timely to my house and fixed my AC and got it running in no time. He was very fair and honest. I will recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. Five stars to these guys! True service professionals!

Great service! Nathan is very knowledgeable and helped me understand my options. No upsell at all...the price was the same as the estimate. My AC is running quiet and cold. Ready for the summer.
Elite HVAC is a good and reputable company.

Great folks working there! Tech came out and assessed the issue, ordered the part and came out the next day to fix. Spent hours trying to get the part to work, but it was actually a bigger electrical issue with the old heater. Eventually had to replace the heater but I appreciated that they worked so hard to salvage it in the first place. Didn't time and money doing so, I might add. Replacement heater was a 6 year old salvage, as well, but a relatively inexpensive option vs installing a brand new furnace.

Elite has been handling our HVAC needs for several years now. We have a large house with sometimes complicated problems and they are always efficient, affordable, honest and extremely friendly. Nathan came out and serviced one of our units and got it running quickly for a very good price. He also ordered special filter sizes and come back and replaced my filters - all at no charge. Really impressive young man and really impressive company. Highly recommend this company.

I’ve had two recent experiences with Elite. First, my elderly neighbor was experiencing distress when her AC broke during a heat wave of 113. She called Elite on a Saturday morning and your excellent staff told her they would prioritize her call because of her age. Gordon came to her home within 2 hours and was able to get her AC running within minutes. On the following Monday your installers came out with a new unit to replace the worn out one and she is very comfortable now in this July heat. She was so grateful for your quick and courteous service, and continues to talk about you weeks later.

Second, my husband and I had a leak in our unit last week, Gordon came out and diagnosed the problem (a backed up drain) and fixed it in 25 minutes.

I’m very pleased with the prompt service in both cases, and even more impressed that your whole staff worked together to help my neighbor. She says you continue to check on her to make sure everything is okay.

I was trying to reach the original installer of my AC/heating units for 10 days and finally gave up and call ELITE HVAC ... the closest company to me... and I am glad I did.
Benny came out on Wednesday. We discussed my situation and I decided to go with new units. Benny was very respectful and made good sense with his logic.
Thursday morning Pedro and Fernando arrived and went to work. They were respectful and amiable to each other and with me.
Another crew came and picked up the old units. After completion the area was clean.
I mainly spoke with Pedro. A very nice young man. He installed my new thermostat and showed me how to use it. There office lady was really helpful too. All the Pandemic safety measures were followed.
I am looking forward to having them maintain my units in the future.. clip

Excellent customer service. Benny was professional and knowledgeable and helped us get a higher end AC unit for a great price. The installers were on time, efficient, clean, respectful of us and our property. The new AC system is fantastic—gentle air flow, quiet, and should be much less expensive than our old system. We couldn’t be happier with entire experience and would not hesitate to use this company again or refer to others.

Our AC finally died beyond the point of repairs.
Rand Aire was able to get us scheduled for a complete replacement of our AC system within a week! The replacement took one day and went without a problem. Everything thing was installed to code, and looks fantastic.
