My Contractor recommended Quality Heat and Air when my HVAC system stopped working. George responded very quickly to my call. Turned out the party who installed the system made some serious mistakes. George ordered a part and returned the next day with his assistant. The system was back up that day, and the cost was very reasonable.
George is the man I will call for Maintenance and the one I will refer my friends to.

Quality Heating and Air Conditioning is substantially excellent. George Orozco is fabulous to work with and clearly has a passion for HVAC. I did a major remodel of a two bedroom condominium that included a new outdoor heat pump, a central air handler and all new ducting. George recommended a system that had great performance, was highly efficient and cost effective. I am delighted with my new HVAC system. The airflow is perfectly balanced across the home and my home is now so comfortable. George was particularly helpful in the permitting process of my job. In particular the foreman that covered my job, Eddie, shared George’s passion for the work and was a great resource in helping make good decisions along the way to insure a perfect finished project. Along the way George and Eddie answered all my questions with took the time to patiently educate me about the best practices in HVAC system design and installation. If you are considering a new HVAC system for your home, you could not find a more conscientious, dedicated and cost effect vendor than George and his team.

George helped me to help my neighbor. Another company recommended she get a new heating system for over $11,000 and George said all it needed was a repair that cost less than $300. He repaired it within an hour and it has worked great ever since. He came over quickly, explained everything he found clearly, and is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I had an Amana system installed in May 2024 and was working great when we started using the heater the system kept turning off. The contractor who installed the system came back several times and had Amana review the system but the error came back with no heat. Quality Heating & Air were contacted and they came to review the system. Jorge found a problem with the motherboard and sensors. New parts were ordered and installed now working perfectly. Thanks again for the assistance.

Great service and professionalism. I thought I had to replace my entire HVAC system, got quotes from two companies (Including Costco). I was referred to quality by a friend and they diagnosed that the system does not need to be replaced, but needed an intense cleaning! It’s working perfectly now that it’s been serviced properly. This has saved me over $10,000+ To replace my current system.
I will make sure that I call Quality to continue servicing my HVAC system.

The people working here are very nice, there is room for a truck, and it is also convenient to turn around.

The loading dock is a the end of building so you have to back up from street on blind side it little tight but you can make it

Truckers. I’m back again. Good place to deliver, everyone is professional. Truck drivers you got to back in from the street and blindside back into the dock I have parked there overnight but you may want to call the receiver to make sure.
