I experienced the most Professional service technicians in any field, very knowledgeable and most of all Honest and Trustworthy. When my AC broke down I made the mistake of calling a few other places first and just wasted my time. After my first call with Star Air, Todd and his team at were the only group that made me feel like my problems were being addressed. I was asked very specific questions in an effort to ensure that the precise model that would work for my setup was being selected and after that I was actually given many options to choose from.

Obviously, when you call an appliance repair service rather than a store, you wonder whether they are recommending a brand to use because of some discount they receive and not because of the quality. I put my trust in Todd and he really pulled through, recommending a new design Gree Flex Ultra that is closer to a commercial Air Condenser in spec and capability than anything available right now. The installer was really surprised, commenting that it was the nicest air conditioning condenser (outdoor fan unit) than any other he had seen on the market. Just look at the pictures. If you live in SoCal, call the "Best HVAC Distributors in Southern California, 'Star Air Kontrol'", you will be relieved you call Star Air for any Heating and Air Conditioning purchases or service.

I have been a loyal client of Star Air Control for 10+ years now. The products are universal and they have all types of ACS for homes, apartments, businesses and much more. The customer service is incredible and they treat me just like family. What I love most about the company is they are family owned and ingrained.

Not happy with installation. We hired them to replace a defunct 20-year old heating system in early December. They were not the lowest bid but seemed to know the best equipment and systems. The General Manager is very nice and a good talker. BE WARNED! THE SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED YESTERDAY, THERMOSTAT SET AT 73. Within3 hours, the heat was up to 81 degrees and would not come down. We have 2 workers back this morning trying to fix it. if we have more problems today, I will probably stop payment on the check I wrote. THIS IS POOR, SHODDY INSTALLATION!! i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

George is the best! He fixed my recent heat pump with an amazing speed. Moreover, his diagnosis of the problem was so effective, and with only a fraction of cost compared to other quotes that I received from other AC & heating service outlets.
