They have AMAZING customer service. They are very nice and sweet. I recommend going there for any air conditioning or toilets or carpets. Also if u need remodeling he can refer u to his brother's company. It's a nice family owned business with amazing prices

Purchased at least a half dozen units from them. So far so good. Most importantly you can buy from them no C20 required. That is the way it should be because you only need an EPA license legally in California. It is wrong to require a C20 to buy when that isnt a legal requirement to do A/C work in Califofnia. These guys get that.

This place gets busy. Bring cash for a deal. Be prepared to wait. Great prices. Great units and great owners and staff.

Wonder how many of these reviews were purchased?

My technician talked to someone named "Todd" who referred him to "Tech Support" and nobody picked up for 2 hours. Technician had to leave for another job. I called and someone answered quickly but said he has not seen any calls coming in. How's that possible? I called later in the day and this second person was able to verify that my technician did call.

But then they had a bunch of diagnostic questions that the technician could not answer because he's no longer at my house to take voltage measurements. And of course no tech support after 3:30PM PST and they don't work on the weekends so we will have to deal with the August heat for 2 more days. Maybe they don't realize they are in the Air Conditioner business.

My experience has been horrible. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Had the best of help from their workers had Andrew help me and he was very efficient and kind!
