I'll share my secret , This place have the best prices in mini split AC systems they even have some 110V So you don't have to upgrade your electrical panel to 240V

Thought midea was a reliable strong chinese brand, but unit turned out to be a crapper in less than 2 months. Star air offered 50% refund, and midea had a problem with the hand written sales order. Disappointing experience from portable ac, star air and Midea. Buy from any other place.

Todd was the definition of great customer service, answered all my emails promptly, understood we were driving 2 hours from the desert and had our unit waiting on us when we arrived. The entire transaction from arrival to them loading up the mini split boxes in the truck was about 20 minutes total and we were back on the road to Palm Springs.

Icing on the cake was that the energy efficient split we purchased cools the room down very fast on a warm desert afternoon plus the star air system is super quiet, thanks Todd!

I have been a customer for 3 years now and on multiple occasions I've needed customer service and they are absolutely amazing at customer service thank you to my representative Todd who is always there for me! I would not be shopping at Star Air if they did not have this quality of customer care! Especially with the fact that I'm in Hawaii and they are taking care of me anyone in Hawaii would know that most companies in the US Don't Care about Us because shipping is really weird to Hawaii. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR GLASS AND MIRROR SERVICES! I searched high and low for the right business to get me the best prices on custom sized mirrors for a barber shop i needed many pieces in different sizes and they gave me such a great quote I wasn't sure if it was too good to be true but it was and the mirrors I got were perfect ! I did ask to be able to pick them up so I belive that helped me with the price as rhey did not need to get installed but they gave me some tips and included mounting hardware for ever mirror I got . These are not cheap quality mirros either. I went to other places and called so many and the prices I was getting quoted were almost double if not more then what They charged me here. The near by competitors just 5 - 10 minutes drive away in any direction lacked everything this place has to offer including the people inside the business that I belive genuinely want to help you. Most places I went to didn't even look me in the eye or a simple greeting to acknowledge why I was there. Again I can't say how much they helped this small business owner thanks again !
