Would not use again. Originally they said job would take 2 hours and cost $360 for labor plus additional for parts. Guy was done and gone in 20 minutes and refused to lower price. $360 for 20 minutes is ridiculous.

HVAC ELITE is successful because Gordon Brown and his staff know the HVAC business very well. Two other HVAC companies told me that the big family room would never be able to stay cool in the summer, nor warm in the winter. HVAC ELITE proved them wrong.

It is the hottest set of days this summer in the 100's.
Saturday night, AC stops working, found Elite phone number via google, they say 24/7, so I call.
They guy says the earliest they can be there is Sunday between 9-12.
Sunday 9:39 Nathan calls and informs he will be there in 15. 9:49 Nathan shows up, examines AC and determines the capacitor is burned out.
One hour later all is good, AC is running and the house is cooling down.
Elite is the best and Nathan does outstanding work.

I had Elite install an new heater and air conditioner. I purchased a two stage air conditioner which was never wired during the installation 8 years ago. When I had another HVAC person come out to my house he informed me that it was not wired at all. I also had Elite do the maintenance for a while. When the replace the filter in the unit Located in the attic) and did not place the door for the filter on correctly since the broke the locking nob. It cause the HVAC to take in air from my hot attic.

This company was purchased from the previous owners. Thy are not honorng the sevice maintenance agreement. The service tech
came out to my house (Manny), and told me he was doing my e a favor by coming out. I complained to the office and they said they would speak to the owner and call me back. Never happened. I wouldn't water my money ona company with no integrity.

Excellent service. The repair technicians did a thorough job to find the cause of my problems. They arrived on time and were very professional. I will call them again if I ever have problems with my A/C in the future.

All of Elite HVAC personnel are knowledgeable, courteous , and professional. They will also assist you in claiming any rebates that may be available to you. Whether a new system or maintaining your existing, they are the greatest.

After nursing a 20 yr old ac unit. I got a very reasonable quote for replacing my outdoor unit. The inside part of tge unit was still working fine. After replacing the outdoor unit i can easily get my condo to a very cool level. Im very happy with the work done and how professional and reasonable they were.

Very good. We chose them to install HVAC, after interviewing 4 other companies. They helped us to get all the rebates, exactly as they said they would. We use them for service on an ad-hoc basis, and are always impressed.

TOTAL RIP OFF!! THIS COMPANY WILL MILK YOU FOR YOUR MONEY!!! My elderly parents indoor heater was not working and ELITE HVAC (who we thought to be a trust worthy company) was called to diagnose and repair the problem. A technician by the name of Benny arrived claiming the problem to be with the pressure switch and igniter, charging about $800 to repair. Due to costs we decided to go elsewhere. Turns out the $800 problem was as simple as needing to change the air filter....THE AIR FILTER!! A $20 fix!!!! After we switched out the filter, we also noticed that some wires were suspiciously disconnected. We reconnected the wires and it worked like new. This makes me furious to think that ELITE HVAC would prey on such a vulnerable population group...even in the middle of a global pandemic! Shame on you guys!
