Found this company through Costco. They gave me what I wanted. A quality product with a good parts and installation warranty for a reasonable price. Amazing service from the estimate to the installation!! Nice work!!

They installed the condenser for my mini splits in the middle of the walkway after I specifically told them not to, but they did anyway because "it's the easiest way." The cover for the mini splits is bent to heck with awful silicon jobs. And the entire downstairs system is currently broken due to possibly a fried circuitboard after only a month. I tried to get them to come out ASAP to fix it, but they refused and finally showed up at the end of the week. I wouldn't recommend them to clean my trashcans.

I would recommend the yearly maintenance service plan. Tune up on unit twice a year summer/winter (very reasonable price)

Thanks to Tanner and team for fixing our AC!!! After inspection we were told that two parts would need to be fixed. Tanner installed the parts and our system was back to blowing cold air! He was very professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Tanner & team for any home repairs.

Excellent service. Installed new furnace, AC, smart thermostat, and high quality home filtration system through Costco program. Installers were professional and I am happy with the end result. High quality system and installation was smooth. New thermostat is great and the smart home connectivity is easy to use. Installers made sure to demo the features and how to use the system. They also made sure I was satisfied with the install at each step during the process. Highly recommend!

Technician was on time very polite and very informative. Showed me the pictures of the different things that would be concerned in the future. Did not try to upsell me in any way. Was a nice experience and the young man was very professional.

We found We Care through Costco. We were confident that if Costco is entrusting their customers to We Care then they have to be reputable and trustworthy. Malachi started the process with the inspection and provided a thorough estimate outlining our choices. We were able to reach him to answer our questions even after the inspection. Eddie and his team completed the work. They were respectful of our property and put down a drop cloth from the front door to the attic entrance. They were polite and kind. We are very pleased with the work and highly recommend We Care. We look forward to many cool and comfortable summers! ☀️

The technician was great! Very professional, thorough, and friendly. He was very knowledgeable. He came to do a maintenance service on my heating and air conditioning units. I liked that he didn't try to pressure me into buying additional services but explained some of the benefits of getting a membership with their company.

Had my heater serviced Aaron Marin was so professional and respectful of my home. He gave me detailed information of the results of the servicing. I really appreciate his honesty and dedication to his job.

Today I had my LENNOX Mini-Split exterior blower fan unit Tuned-Up. I had the pleasure to meet my Technician Alfred Alvarez do a complete inspection that also included checking the operation of my four ceiling units, and even washed their interior filter. And to go above and beyond, he checked to make sure my Attic Fan thermostat was wired correctly along with it set to the correct temperature for it to activate automatically. Now that’s what I call fantastic Customer Service and in my book, it was Head and Shoulders above the rest. I’m glad I purchased my system through COSTCO who partnered with “WE CARE” to install my LENNOX system in 2021 along with the 10yr “Comfort Care” Extended Warranty. It pays to be covered should I ever need to use it in the future if something should stop my system from doing what does best. I have a reminder on my calendar to call WE CARE to TUNE-UP the Heater Element so it also gets the preventative maintenance these systems need to run at their highest capacity and provide the comfort levels I enjoy. Thank you WE CARE but mostly for introducing me to my Tech Alfred Alvarez.

Today a technician came out to perform maintenance on our water heater. It has been knocking and last year the tech told us it was in the pipes in the attic. Today the tech told us there were rocks inside and he could not remove them. His solution was for us to replace our boiler with a new one, get a tankless water heater, or get a filtration system. Our previous water heater never knocked like this and our water is still hard water. It’s only 6 years old and runs great with that exception and instead of fixing the problem the tech recommends we just dish out more money. So disappointing. What’s the point in paying a yearly maintenance fee if you are just gonna get scammed. This water heater was not cheap and we were told it would last over 15 years as long as we did maintenance. Like I said, it is in good condition, simply needs the rocks removed.

I’d especially like to thank his boss Jason for making a pro-client decision that made us very happy homeowners. The five stars goes to Christian. He had great service, really kind, and was thorough and even wanted to explain some things to make sure we knew what he saw. He also had to come back when our security camera seemed like it was affected by the work and he was able to still remedy that for us. I really appreciated Christian, his work ethic, and he really did care. If you want to go by the service, I wish Christian was able to do more services. I'd call him for everything if I could. I do recommend Christian.

The call center that I didn't realize I was calling gets like 2 to 3 stars. I think it also depends on who you're getting on the phone. It turns out they just route calls, but provide no urgency or communication. When I needed follow up help, it took me calling over 5 times to get an answer and from the work I got done on a Friday, they were only 'able' to get me in that following Wednesday. If it was a bigger issue with the HVAC... They wanted us to wait a whole 5 days after to get a follow up? I find that really disappointing. Madison and the regional dispatcher (maybe a Jada or Janelle) were actually helpful. Dane and May were just doing a job that didn't show the same level of care. I would next time try not to call center, but Christian or try to reach the dispatchers directly. They were definitely more helpful.

Matthew assessed our situation and patiently explained our options, he was not pushy. We felt extremely confident and comfortable having the We Care company come and install a new furnace. Very professional and made sure every detail was addressed before moving forward. Having a small house and tiny attic they ran into many problems but were able to resolve each one. I am so happy to have air conditioning and heating when I was told by others that it wasn’t possible. I would recommend Omni HVAC to anyone wanting A+ work.

Im not one to write reviews but I just had to let you all know how wonderful and professional the tech that worked on my home Hvac was. I was having issues with the heating system for some reason it wasn’t working. I called this company explained what was happening they gave me a great quote! And had someone at my door the next day. Robert was really helpful and professional. He explained what the issue was, and even explained how to use the thermostat and left it at the ideal temp! He answered all my questions and not once did he seem annoyed or bothered. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone having HVAC issues!

THIS is the HVAC company to call when you have to replace your OLD, rusty... 1979 AC unit top to bottom. I called several companies in the area that declined the job because it was either above their skill grade or they couldn't handle the work. Greg from OMNI came out and was honest, upfront, didn't upsell me, and told me the truth about what I was looking at - regarding my install. He came up with several creative solutions for me to look over and to choose from. I appreciate so much the initial quoting effort, then how much work they put in to make sure I have AC for the summer. The install for these guys has been grueling, but not a single installer has complained. They're all smiling, all super kind, and I trust them in my home.

This company is top notch. The pricing is competitive, the effort that goes into finding a solution for a sticky and hot situation is untouched, and the install overall has been efficient and has not impacted my schedule.

I appreciate the honesty of an HVAC company. Where I feel I could have been price gouged, I received a really honest, competitive quote that was a no brainer to select. Will continue to use OMNI for years to come.
