Recently had them deep- clean my condo in Berkeley, and they did a darn good job! Came and left on time. I just wish I knew Spanish to tell the ladies how thankful I am.

We've been using Total Clean for three years and are totally pleased with the service provided. The kitchen and bathrooms sparkle. Everything is dusted, including each slat of the shutters. The floors and carpets are thoroughly mopped and vacuumed. All trash is emptied and our house always smells great, when we come home. They arrive on time and stick to their schedule. I have had the experience of using Total Clean for 3 years. They come to my home twice a month. The women are friendly. I am able to communicate my needs/wishes with them. They want to please me. They have always been prompt. When I wanted a floor cleaned with a certain tool, they easily switched. They love our dog. and most importantly, my home is well cleaned.

I have used Total Clean for my housecleaning service for about 8 years. The service is superb! Two people come and spend about 2 hours at my home. When they leave everything is spotless! They are able to clean things that I have always had trouble with, such as the shower floor. The personnel are polite and efficient. I know they are honest as well, because sometimes they have left on a table coins that they have found while they were here. I like the fact that they are bonded and insured; I have absolutely no worries while I am away form the house to let them do their work. With family coming for the holidays I needed some help cleaning my house. I have three dogs and with the rain and the dogs running in and out my floors were a mess. I called Total Clean and Pamela, Gabriela and Magdelena came and deep cleaned the house. Everything looks wonderful now! The kitchen is clean and shiny and the whole house looks great. Now I can relax and enjoy my visitors. Thank you!

I never write reviews, then i noticed how much i relied on the reviews for picking a cleaning service. I needed a deep cleaning. I have depression and athritis in my hands so, i don't clean. I try, but just stand in my kitchen overwheled. I looked through different Cleaning companoies and sent requests asking for a quote. Total Clean was the ONLY company that got back to me right away and didnt ask a million questions or ask for pictures. They gave me their hourly rate which i agreed to right away. They even got me in the schedule and were at my house in less than 24 hours!!! The two lovely ladies that came to my home did a wonderful job. It is embarassing to show the before pictures, but to truely appricate the afters pictures I included those.

My carpets have never looked this good! The whole process was quick, and the service was super friendly. They really breathed new life into those old fibers
