Total Clean was a breath of fresh air. I'm helping an elderly gentleman ready his home for sale that needed a deep clean. It was a challenging (very dirty) job and Total Clean rose to the occasion. It was more than their efficiency, but their willingness (like I said - a very dirty job). From beginning to end, they're friendly, accommodating, professional and have a great work ethic. I'm not local to the area, and they went so far as to send before/after photos and videos. Making payment was made easy as well. Very impressed.

This is probably the 5th time we've had the deep cleaning service and Do it Green never disappoints. We have 4 bedrooms and a hallway of thick carpet and a 5th bedroom of low carpet cleaned. It takes a couple hours and is excellent value. William did a great job today!

Everything was fine until I called about some spots I saw AFTER the job was completed. I made a request for him (Luigi?) to come back and redo two areas where I could see spots that appeared to be left over from the carpet cleaning solution and I know they weren’t there before. He became upset and he went on and on about how the products used were safe and they were good quality and he can assure me if he came back to redo the spots, when he’s done, they would still be there. I find it absolutely amazing how he’s able to come to this conclusion without even viewing the area of the carpet. They weren’t soiled spots on my carpet, it was clearly left over liquid from the carpet cleaning solution. My request was simple and it should have been granted. I will tell EVERYONE I know DO NOT USE, Do It Green Carpet Cleaning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company at all.

Great communication regarding ETA. Prompt, thorough description of product/services, worked steadily and quickly. Friendly. Carpet and over-stuffed chair look great! Glad to know minimal chemicals (mild detergent). Loved that my items could be cleaned at my home.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Do it Green Carpet Cleaning. Israel informed me when he would arrive and was on time. After reviewing what I wanted done he went to work right away and continuously did the work until it was done. The carpets and sofa look great! This is my second time using the company. I will use it again.

We had our carpets and area rug cleaned by Do It Green. Our carpets look 100x better, and the rug looks almost new! I'm especially pleased about the safe for kids and no fragrances method. Our service tech, William, was super courteous and explained everything thoroughly. Glad we received this recommendation!
