Nacho is super professional and kind! He did an amazing job and completely transformed our indoor floors and outdoor walls that were destroyed by previous tenants. Everything looks brand new! He worked fast but thorough and put everything back exactly as it was before. It was an absolute pleasure working with him! I highly recommend.

Bright line cleaning is not a trustworthy company and quality of their cleaning is surprisingly disappointing which appalled me considering how many great google reviews they have. Nacho seems like a nice guy and appears likable, but will ignore you after he takes your money even though their cleaning service was actually not as great as you thought. I’ll include more detail later in the review.

The cleaning service was also pretty expensive. They charged me $840 for a house and carpet cleaning. Surprisingly, without the carpet cleaning, he first quoted me over a $1000 for just a house cleaning but told me that he can go down to $840 and throw in a carpet cleaning. I don’t know if this was a sales tactic but I could’ve easily gone to another cleaning service and carpet cleaner and it would still be cheaper than what he ended up quoting me for. I trusted that Nacho would do a really good job cleaning for the price offered, but I was wrong.

After the cleaning was done, we did a quick walk through of the home and everything seemed okay at that time. It wasn’t until after we paid Nacho when my bf and I did more of a detailed look at the cleaning. The first blemish that we noticed was the fridge and it had a dent in it. I looked through a video of what it looked like before and that dent was not there until after the cleaning! We also noticed that the pantry was not clean at all. There was rice on one of the shelves and after wiping it off with a wet paper towel, we realized that it was completely dirty. We were baffled. Also, after lifting the stove covers, we realized that there were areas where it was not clean at all. The stove top also had a lot of oily spots on it which was weird. We thought it was the cleaning material that they used, but I just couldn’t wrap my head around why it would be oily.

After confronting my concerns to Nacho, he was at first apologetic and mentioned he was going to come by and clean a little bit more. He also promised he was going to clean the outside windows as well. Long story short, he never came. The first time, he told me last minute that he couldn’t make it to clean even though I canceled all my plans for this cleaning that day. After that day, I would mention the days that I’m free so he can come by, but he never followed up.

It was honestly very unprofessional for Nacho to act this way. I gave this company so many chances and I just feel betrayed. I have already accepted that fact that he is not coming back again to fix the mistakes that they made.

Nacho did a great job removing the film off of our windows which the original owners had put on the windows sometime in the '70s. The windows were very high and he did a good job getting up there and getting it all off and then cleaning the windows. I would recommend him.

Back in November my parents purchased a home and it was SO NASTY. You wouldn't even believe how the previous owners left it and how they lived in that home. Anyways, we had to look for someone ASAP to get it cleaned since we were moving in. I'm so thankful I called Nacho. He came to see the home the same day I called and had it cleaned SPOTLESS the same day as well. All rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, windows were so clean and smelly odor from the home was gone, it smelled so clean!

Nasario and his team are very professional and thorough at their job. They bring the right equipment and now how to use it to get the best results. I will definitely call Bright Line for more services in the future and I would highly recommend them.

Honestly the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had! I moved into an old place that had not been cleaned and they made it look better than I ever expected! Such attention to every little detail. The grout looks brand new. The blinds were taken down and washed & look brand new from being yellow! The rust was scrubbed safely off my stainless steel appliances. The owner is so kind and so meticulous. Every crack was cleaned and he even fixed loose base boards. He knew so much about everything & pointed out some major fixes that needed to be repaired that I would have otherwise not noticed. It’s no wonder they are #1. I’ll never use anyone else.

I would highly recommend Nacho and his team to any of my clients, friends, and family. He stepped up big for me and went above and beyond what most people would’ve done on a rainy day. Now we are breathing clean air and have heat after two weeks of no heat. He also went on the roof to measure and seal vent openings where our roofer left openings that led to water coming into our house. Bright Line Cleaning will be my go to for any duct cleaning, carpet, upholstery, window cleaning moving forward. They also cleaned everything up after themselves. World Class service! Over the phone I was quoted $125 for them to clean the downstairs of my home.
They were supposed to come at 9:15am
At 9:50am I called the office to check if anyone was still coming, but no one answered. A team of 2 came to clean at 10:20am, and while they were here they accidentally broke a knob on the stove. I don't think they realized this, but when I reported it to the office, the office replaced it for me.
They're supposed to call and check in how things went, but no one ever did, even though I had left a message about the tardiness. I was later sent the invoice for cleaning which was more than twice what I was quoted for the downstairs, which is more than I was quoted for even the entire house! When I asked, they told me it's because there was a misunderstanding within their team and they ended up doing a deep cleaning instead of a regular cleaning and they would discount it by $50. It sure seemed like a regular cleaning to me, but either way I let them know I wouldn't be financially responsible for their miscommunication. The did finally send me the invoice for the initially quoted price of $125.
Needless to say, it wasn't a great first impression.

We got a deep clean ahead of having out-of-town visitors. The cleaning team took 5 hours and did an excellent, thorough job. Even my husband was impressed, and it takes a lot to impress him with this kind of thing.

Highly recommend Extreme Green Cleaning. They clean a short term vacation rental we have and they always do an excellent very professional cleaning job.
I especially am grateful for Vanessa who works there! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, easily reachable, and always finds a way to get things done. She works hard and helps take care of crazy things that come up even when it’s late. When I had guests damage all our linens, towels, and leave a big mess, she was always calm, positive, and competent on the phone which helped me not stress.

Extreme green cleaning helped me clean some unmaintained areas of my new house and did a great job! The ladies who showed up were great and even cleaned some areas I didn’t except them to. They also worked fast and for the job done is less time than expected. Thank you!

Vanessa and her team went the extra mile! After the Palisades fire, we were at the mercy of insurance and hoped for an expert team, they were that and much more. They left our house magically better after scouring long days in detailed manner. They organized our garage which had been left mid-haphazard as it was the day we were to declutter but had to abandon mid morning due to the fires. They had a lot of disorganization to work around and they not only cleaned things up but categorized things in our garage. The job we were going to do that morning was essentially nearly complete. I was able to easily haul the excess and damaged things out. I cannot say how much of a burden this lifted. I am forever grateful.
