Great service! Very flexible, had great communication throughout, and did a great job cleaning my apartment as I was moving out. I highly recommend for the Oxnard/VC area!

First time having them cleaning my one story home, family room, bedroom and 2 bathrooms. I arrived home to find hair on the toilet, so it obviously was not wiped. Shower cabinet doors wiped with an obviously dirty cloth, leaving a coating that I was able to write my name on. Sinks had not been wiped and apparently kitchen counters were roughly wiped without moving anything present on the surfaces. Sadly disappointed to say the least.

Luz, Mercedes, and their team have been servicing our short-term rental in Newbury Park, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. They are professional, reliable, and truly treat our home as if it were their own. Every visit, the house looks absolutely perfect, their attention to detail is outstanding! I have also referred them to clients and family who were moving and they were very happy with their work as well. I feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful team to care for our property. Highly recommend!

We have used Extreme Green since 2022 and have always been pleased with the teams that they send to clean our house. I have never been dissatisfied with the results of the cleanings as their cleaning staff are well trained and service is consistent. Also, I have found Luz and Mercedes to be very flexible and accommodating in meeting my scheduling needs.

I’ve used Extreme Green Cleaning bi-weekly at my home since January 2020 and at my office since June 2023. Most recently I hired them for a post-remodel deep clean at a rental condo. Throughout every setting, they’ve been consistently reliable, detail-oriented and professional. Their eco-friendly cleaning products are a bonus, and we always feel confident that the job will be done well. I highly recommend them for both residential and commercial spaces.

This was our first time using a professional cleaning service and they set the bar! I can't believe we haven't done this sooner. The 2 cleaners that came were efficient and effective. We had a move out clean done and they were on time, and made the place look brand new! Scheduling was easy and they are very willing to work with any budget you have!

We hired Extreme Green Cleaning to deep clean a duplex, and the experience was mixed. One side of the unit was cleaned thoroughly and looked great — clearly showing attention to detail and care. However, the other side fell short of our expectations for a deep clean. Some floor areas, baseboards, blinds and parts of the kitchen counter were still noticeably dirty.
The job also took about two hours longer than estimated, which was a bit frustrating. That said, the team was professional, apologetic, and willing to make things right once we brought the issues to their attention.
We’d consider hiring them again, but likely for a more straightforward cleaning job rather than something this involved.

Highly satisfied with Extreme Green Cleaning. The deep cleaning of our kitchen was extremely helpful. And I really liked how much detail was put into every corner, shelf, windows and blinds, and organizing.
Some rearranging was also appreciative and overall love the way everything looks.

I scheduled a first time deep clean with them and it was amazing! My house wasn’t the cleanest and I have now never seen it so spotless. They got into every nook and cranny making sure everything was done correctly. They offer a Google review discount that took be from $475 down to $420. Worth every penny! I couldn’t recommend this company more! I will be coming back for sure. :D

Hired Extreme Green Cleaning to clean our apartment. We had a mouse recently so we decided to get a deep cleaning. We didn’t want any harsh chemicals used so we were pleased to find this service. Everything turned out great; the attention to detail was very much appreciated. Also great communication through text with the company. Thank you!

We've been with Extreme Green Cleaning since almost the start of Luz's business--over 10 years now and have had excellent and consistent service the entire time. I chose them because of the people and environmentally friendly cleaning products and supplies (including providing me with reusable cleaning cloths which you launder and have ready for them). The staff are really friendly, thorough and attentive to detail and my specific cleaning requests. Pricing is is reasonable too. Also, I'm very grateful that Luz is always flexible when I need to move my appointments. I highly recommend them!

Overall, setting up the cleaning was quick and easy with good communication, and confirmation and payment were very straightforward. The two cleaners who came were extremely kind, friendly, and pleasant to have in the home.

The cleaning itself was mostly great, but there were a few issues. One set of blinds was broken during the cleaning (they were old but fully functional beforehand), and the oven exhaust fan is now rattling very loudly. Additionally, some areas of the floor were still dirty, and the kitchen blinds weren’t cleaned even though the living room blinds were included as part of the deep clean.

I would rebook in the future, but I think clearer communication ahead of time about expectations and specific focus areas would really help ensure everything is covered and avoid issues like this.

Extreme Green was great to work with. They responded quickly to my initial call, put up with me rescheduling 3 different times and was able to squeeze me in during a busy Thanksgiving week. The cleaners were efficient, thorough and catered to my special requests. I used their service to get my apartment ready for a new renter. They did a spectacular job, the apartment is spotless and ready for my new renter. I would recommend highly and definitely will use in the future.

I strongly suggest using Extreme Clean for a deep and thorough cleaning. The team was punctual and showed up precisely as scheduled, which I truly value. We have been using Extreme Green Cleaning for about a year now; we always look forward to our cleanings and are impressed with how thorough their work is.
