Back in November my parents purchased a home and it was SO NASTY. You wouldn't even believe how the previous owners left it and how they lived in that home. Anyways, we had to look for someone ASAP to get it cleaned since we were moving in. I'm so thankful I called Nacho. He came to see the home the same day I called and had it cleaned SPOTLESS the same day as well. All rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, windows were so clean and smelly odor from the home was gone, it smelled so clean!

Nasario and his team are very professional and thorough at their job. They bring the right equipment and now how to use it to get the best results. I will definitely call Bright Line for more services in the future and I would highly recommend them.

Honestly the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had! I moved into an old place that had not been cleaned and they made it look better than I ever expected! Such attention to every little detail. The grout looks brand new. The blinds were taken down and washed & look brand new from being yellow! The rust was scrubbed safely off my stainless steel appliances. The owner is so kind and so meticulous. Every crack was cleaned and he even fixed loose base boards. He knew so much about everything & pointed out some major fixes that needed to be repaired that I would have otherwise not noticed. It’s no wonder they are #1. I’ll never use anyone else.

I would highly recommend Nacho and his team to any of my clients, friends, and family. He stepped up big for me and went above and beyond what most people would’ve done on a rainy day. Now we are breathing clean air and have heat after two weeks of no heat. He also went on the roof to measure and seal vent openings where our roofer left openings that led to water coming into our house. Bright Line Cleaning will be my go to for any duct cleaning, carpet, upholstery, window cleaning moving forward. They also cleaned everything up after themselves. World Class service! Over the phone I was quoted $125 for them to clean the downstairs of my home.
They were supposed to come at 9:15am
At 9:50am I called the office to check if anyone was still coming, but no one answered. A team of 2 came to clean at 10:20am, and while they were here they accidentally broke a knob on the stove. I don't think they realized this, but when I reported it to the office, the office replaced it for me.
They're supposed to call and check in how things went, but no one ever did, even though I had left a message about the tardiness. I was later sent the invoice for cleaning which was more than twice what I was quoted for the downstairs, which is more than I was quoted for even the entire house! When I asked, they told me it's because there was a misunderstanding within their team and they ended up doing a deep cleaning instead of a regular cleaning and they would discount it by $50. It sure seemed like a regular cleaning to me, but either way I let them know I wouldn't be financially responsible for their miscommunication. The did finally send me the invoice for the initially quoted price of $125.
Needless to say, it wasn't a great first impression.

We got a deep clean ahead of having out-of-town visitors. The cleaning team took 5 hours and did an excellent, thorough job. Even my husband was impressed, and it takes a lot to impress him with this kind of thing.

Highly recommend Extreme Green Cleaning. They clean a short term vacation rental we have and they always do an excellent very professional cleaning job.
I especially am grateful for Vanessa who works there! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, easily reachable, and always finds a way to get things done. She works hard and helps take care of crazy things that come up even when it’s late. When I had guests damage all our linens, towels, and leave a big mess, she was always calm, positive, and competent on the phone which helped me not stress.

Extreme green cleaning helped me clean some unmaintained areas of my new house and did a great job! The ladies who showed up were great and even cleaned some areas I didn’t except them to. They also worked fast and for the job done is less time than expected. Thank you!

Vanessa and her team went the extra mile! After the Palisades fire, we were at the mercy of insurance and hoped for an expert team, they were that and much more. They left our house magically better after scouring long days in detailed manner. They organized our garage which had been left mid-haphazard as it was the day we were to declutter but had to abandon mid morning due to the fires. They had a lot of disorganization to work around and they not only cleaned things up but categorized things in our garage. The job we were going to do that morning was essentially nearly complete. I was able to easily haul the excess and damaged things out. I cannot say how much of a burden this lifted. I am forever grateful.

First time contracting a cleaning service to do a good deed for my Tia, 10/10 experience. They showed up on time and were very professional. The ladies Marisela and Maria were so sweet and did an amazing job cleaning the restroom, thankful to the both of them!!

We’re in the process of moving across the country, and I needed a thorough deep clean for our now-empty house. The team arrived right on time, introduced themselves, and immediately got to work. I had a few errands to run, so I came back periodically to check in and see if they needed anything. Every time I returned, they were hard at work, staying focused and diligent. There were a couple of areas I wanted to make sure were addressed, but I couldn’t quite remember if they were part of the cleaning scope. To my surprise, they had already taken care of it! By the time we returned at the end of the day, I walked through the house and was amazed — it was spotless, shiny, and felt like home again. The team was incredibly professional and clearly takes pride in their work. Now, I just wish we weren’t moving, so they could come regularly to clean my home! I love Extreme Green Cleaning! I used their service many years ago to do my regular house cleaning when I had little kids and I just couldn’t keep up. I recently converted our garage to a studio apartment and it needed its final cleaning. My contractor had someone come clean it, but sadly, they did a poor job. I had the contractor send their person again and it STILL wasn’t done right. I used the microwave for the first time and a cloud of dust billowed off the top ledge where the vent was. And everywhere I looked there was just a thin layer of filmy dust that kept resettling on everything. So I thought I would try Extreme Green again because I knew from the past how good they are. Thankfully they did exactly what I needed - PROPERLY wipe everything down and get into all the details and crevices and ledges that had been missed. Finally, the space is dust free, sparkling, and smells great. They are also easy to schedule, pay, and talk to. Ahh 🙌 Thank you, Extreme Green. I will not bother trying to rely on anyone else in the future!
