Overall they did a good job. I would have liked more English speaking used. It is a bit unnerving to not know what the girls are saying. Also, check that things are put back where and how you use them.

Called the day of our move out for last minute cleaning and was so happy they could schedule us in. On top of that, the cleaning was super thorough and it felt so good leaving the apartment knowing everything was spotless. The cleaning team worked so efficiently and did an amazing job overall! Highly recommend.

My husband and I moved into a rental that wasn’t properly deep cleaned before we arrived. Did my best but needed help with light fixtures, walls, etc. So glad we chose professional help. We returned to a glowing home! I have a dust allergy and was happy to see that baseboards and lamp shades weren’t overlooked. The ladies were thorough and kind. Easy to schedule. I have had my fair share of cleaning services. I called on a whim, and they got me real fast. Within 24 Hours for a move out clean. They actually showed up too, right on time, 730 am, which was a huge plus for me. Everything they said they would do and charge was on point and current (nothing hidden) and they did an amazing job. Also, the cleaners looked professional. This is really important. Brought professional equipment, cleaning supplies, all the necessary items to make sure the apt was taken care of. All in all, 5 starts for the time crunch, the accommodations and job well done.

Great service! Very flexible, had great communication throughout, and did a great job cleaning my apartment as I was moving out. I highly recommend for the Oxnard/VC area!

First time having them cleaning my one story home, family room, bedroom and 2 bathrooms. I arrived home to find hair on the toilet, so it obviously was not wiped. Shower cabinet doors wiped with an obviously dirty cloth, leaving a coating that I was able to write my name on. Sinks had not been wiped and apparently kitchen counters were roughly wiped without moving anything present on the surfaces. Sadly disappointed to say the least.

Luz, Mercedes, and their team have been servicing our short-term rental in Newbury Park, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. They are professional, reliable, and truly treat our home as if it were their own. Every visit, the house looks absolutely perfect, their attention to detail is outstanding!
