The team of Brandon and Ray were professional and listened to my requests about cleaning the carpet. They did a professional job following my instructions and even left me a pair of shoe covers in case the carpet was still damp when I returned home. I was able to arrange everything online and they were available the next morning. I highly recommend the service.

Found out about Stanley Steemer from a friend.. I had talked to Oscar on the phone around 5pm...I had the employee here at 9am the next morning...couldn't believe they could get to me so fast.. The tech Jershua Palacios was so professional and courteous..he answered every question I threw at him. He was by himself and he did an amazing job.. He took pictures and videos of before and after each duct . Then he took extra time hand cleaning the vent in the kitchen where oil builds up.. He took the return door/grate outside and gave it a total cleaning too.. then when I thought he was done he said he needed to go through and vacuum everywhere he was.. Total Professional..Thank You Jershua you rocked .. I will use them again in the next few years...since I didnt ever think about needing to clean ducts..house was new when I bought it 27years ago...yeah gross...but now I know... thank you Oscar and Jershua..

Rudy is a magician!!!! Best job I've EVER HAD done to my carpeting and are rugs!!! He is UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I will never have anyone else clean my carpeting!!! He actually cares!!!! He did it as if he was doing his own home to PERFECTION!!!! Friendly young hard working professional dedicated to pleasing his client!!!! Couldn't ask for more!!!! I am THRILLED!!!

Brandon did a thorough and amazing job cleaning our ducts. He made sure to clean up any mess that was made. He even showed me how to find the filters to change and helped me measure what size filter to change to since our HVAC servicing company put in an oversized filter for our unit.

Ray did a great job! He was so helpful in moving our rug in order to clean it. Pleasant, hard worker!

The two gentlemen that came to my home were Brandon Palacios and Ray Aguilar. Both could not have been nicer. Very respectful to my home.

Great experience. First time having our dryer vents cleaned (moved in late 1996 - so almost 30 years). Eye opening what had built up over the years.

The tech, Brandon showed up on time and told me exactly what to expect. Finished in less than 30 minutes and cleaned up after the job was completed.

Jose was great but the corners were not cleaned! Around toilet and most all the corners were not cleaned.
He was very polite and helpful.

Brandon did a great job today in our house! Guy’s a hard-worker and made the carpets and tiles looked fresh and new again. He also unclogged our dryer drain and vent eliminating a fire hazard.

Job well done! We had our duct vents cleaned. If you need this work done, I would recommend asking for Junior and Rudy, they are great!

Over all a very good job. Lowest price quote on Yelp. Showed up on time. Accurate estimate time to finish the job.
Just a couple of issues. 1. Some puddle left over caused spot stain. 2. Plus some of the base boards have a little water damage and scratches. 3. Noticed their drain hose was put right next to my plants instead of the the street. I was told they can’t put the drain hose to the street. I hope it doesn’t kill my plants.
