I been Trying to find a Good carpet cleaning company for ages. Finally I did with C.S.T. they came out and spent the time needed to clean our carpet correctly. They get 5 stars because our home even smells cleaner. I’m so happy with their work that I’m actually having them come out and clean our kitchen Tile.. Thanks again C.S.T.

Im so happy that we called California Steam Team! They cleaned our dining chairs, stools, couches bathroom floor! I thought our tile was lost but Victor did an amazing job. And all our seats looked brand new when the job was done. The price was great and the time and service was the same. Victor did a great job on our carpet! Stains were gone and carpet was dry overnight! Very responsive and polite. He cleaned our living room and our kids room in under an hour. Great deal $$ too!

Unfortunate experience with Victor. Quoted me $250-$300 for a 2bd and loft condo for a move out carpet clean. Arrived day of, just as we were leaving for a flight. With no furniture in the house, he changed his quote to $735. Showed him the text and said he could do it for $650 or he wouldn’t do the job. Strapped for time, I was forced to be fraudulently taken advantage of. Not sure if he did a good job or not. Be careful with him.

Victor was very responsive. I needed to get the hardwood floors cleaned and carpet cleaned so that I could get my property on the market. He worked with my schedule and did a great job. Besides the floors, Victor and his team cleaned the master bath shower and grout in order to make it look like new. I will be using his company again and I highly recommend him to others.

From the time of scheduling the service to the time of the service they were communicative, kind, and professional. Victor and his wife were super kind and pleasant to have. Victor and Nancy did an amazing job cleaning my living room and bedroom carpet. My carpet looks amazing especially in those high traffic areas they were able to remove those tough stains others carpet cleaners weren't unable to remove. Super pleased with their work, and their professionalism.

I HIGHLY recommend California Steam Team! Victor and his wife came to clean tar off our sofa chair and it’s like it never happened at all. The stains were pretty bad, but Victor was able to get them completely out. Not only were they able to come a hour after we called; they were punctual, professional and very kind people. If you need carpets or furniture cleaned, look no further! They are wonderful.

Victor and his wife were great! Fast, efficient and took the time to understand our specific needs for our carpet and recommended great solutions for our home within our budget. Very fast with no time wasted. The deep cleaning that they did removed some very dark spots we had in heavy traffic areas of our home. Will definitively be using their services again and recommending them to friends and family.

The team that showed did an excellent job and I am more than happy with their services. They showed up promply and at the scheduled time and performed the full services expected, which turned out great. I also watch them take great care in my home by even safe guarding the calls and room corners with protective shielding to be sure there was zero marks from even cabling. Very happy.

Upon arrival they were direct and to the point. There wasn’t any hidden fees and their services were very affordable, they even included a deep clean free of charge on the dining room carpet. The work they did was quick and efficient.

I am moving out and had scheduled another company. They came out and were trying to charge me NOT double but quadruple the advertised price (no exaggeration) needless to say I did not go with that company. Victor and his team (California Steam Team) were a referral from another company I have used for years that are no longer servicing carpets. I called Victor. He sounded confident and most importantly he was ready to work. Said he could be there in an hour and he was. He came ready to work and did an AMAZING job at a very affordable price. I will definitely call the California Steam Team again. I get nothing for writing this review BUT simply giving acknowledgement and recognition to a great company and their very polite professional hardworking team. Go Ca Steam Team!!!! You truly saved my day as we move out on this holiday weekend!!
