Daniel used to be great then one day he started ignoring my calls and never called back. I don’t know what I did wrong. His work was good, I always over-paid and lauded his work. I never criticized him or exhibited anger. I praised his work hoping I could keep him working for me. We had good working relationship then one day he just changed. Started standing up jobs with no phone call or no communication. Little spooky if you ask me. I recommend you look for sanity cause we don’t know who these kooks are. Could be fresh out of the crazy house his doctor put him in. Never know the next ‘guy’ you hire could be anyone.

This is a great example of how a business should be run. From the prompt answer on the telephone to the available time slots the experience was awesome! Daniel walked through the job and gave me a more than fair quote to clean my carpet. He made sure to set up guards on my walls as to not mark them up. His attention to detail was great and made quick work of cleaning the carpet, explaining the process along the way and answered all of my questions.

I would definitely recommend Berber Carpet Cleaning for anyone who wants a great experience.

We had a great experience with Berber Carpet Cleaning. They were extremely helpful, professional and eager to excel. With help on cleaning AND carpet installation, along with Tile grout cleaning...it was all great. Daniel always went the extra mile. He also helped identifying maid service and gardener service and insured all was completed professionally and up to our standards.

I have been using Chem Dry exclusively for 26 years and my carpet is almost that old. I am always 100% satisfied with the results of their cleaning and customer service.

Technician showed up on time. He was professional, informative, and did a good job cleaning my carpet. He also seemed honest compare to some other techs I had in the past. Only thing I wasn't sure i needed scotchgard application on my fairly new carpet and the extra charge that came with it. Also how to really know if it was applied.

Setting the appointment was very easy and the technician was on time and did an excellent job. I like how they give you the quote right then and there and then you either accept or decline the service. Was able to get my carpets and couch cleaned beautifully.

Friendly customer service. Excellent job cleaning the carpet. I actually feel like I have new carpets. I wish I would have taken a before and after picture of one stain that had been there for at least six years! Its totally gone! I will definitely use Chem dry again and I highly recommend them.
