I have used Gabriel in many of my vacation rentals and move in move out jobs and we have been very pleased with his work. He even cleans solar panels. Two of my homes had mud/dirt/sand from the storm and living on the beach it gets pretty bad
he pressure washed it all off and did an excellent job. He has also pressure washed or tile roofs He is on time and does a final walk thru before he leaves any job. He goes above and beyond to please his customers. I call him constantly. Definitely recommend.

I noticed a growth in my solar panels ability to bring in more sun power. I noticed that my house drew more power after my panels were cleaned by Oliver’s Team. I highly recommend this to everyone out there with solar power at there homes!

If you want to be “wowed” at the work this company does, then they are the ones for you! We had our carpets cleaned, in fact they look better than when we moved in! Their staff did everything with a smile on their faces, diligent about moving the furniture carefully & thoughtfully, everything was handled as if their own, excellent service!

Do not use

Zero stars. Terrible communication by the coordinator. Terrible service by technicians who broke items on my kitchen hood and mysteriously my exhaust fan stopped working the day after they cleaned it. The "manager" Happy calls from a blocked number and had little regard for my time, troubles or concerns. Not trustworthy & unfriendly. Highly recommend saving yourself the headache & anguish by using a different company.

WE MOVED ALL OUR FURNITURE OUT OF THE ROOMS TO PREAPARE FOR OUR CARPET TO GET CLEANED . NEXT THING WE KNOW 50 MIN. , BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT SUPER STEAMERS GUY BRIAN CALLS SAYING HE WASN'T GOING TO BE ABLE TO MAKE HIS APPOINTMENT FOR NO REASON , SOMETHING CAME UP HE HAD NO EXPLANATION. WE EXPLAINED OUR SITUATION AND HE SAID "SORRY WONT BE ABLE TO DO THE JOB FOR COUPLE OFF DAYS". WE WERE VERY SURPRISED WITH HIS ANSWER. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE CONTACTED THIS COMPANY.DO NOT RECOMMEND. Brian came to do my carpet last Saturday. I had to leave before he finished and before my wife had returned form running one of our kids somewhere. I had gotten a good vibe off Brian from the moment he arrived and so asked him if he felt comfortable finishing up in that little period when he'd be all alone. He said he would. I left him a check. My wife arrived just as he was leaving and called me immediately to tell what a great job he'd done. When I got home I saw immediately that he had indeed done a superb job and had done it at a great price.

What a wonderful job the Ambriz team did yesterday cleaning my house! I was thoroughly pleased with all they did, and will be using them on a regular basis. Lupe and her associates also cleaned my neighbor’s house when finished with mine, and she, too, will be using them from now on. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!

They were super flexible and easy to work with. I have a really difficult schedule and I'm rarely reachable by phone and these guys made it work and got all the cleaning done while I was at work. The pricing is very competitive, I got quoted $100 more by another company so I'm really glad I found them and they were able to work around my schedule.

My carpets are over 10 years old and were looking pretty sad. While they aren't brand new, this service brought back the fluffiness and removed all the dinginess. Extended the life of my floors for sure!

Didn't show! No phone call to cancel. Called three times no answer. I finally tried to text him 30 minutes after start time. Text back said he was having signal problems with his phone. Said he text to cancel. I Never received a text! (get that, text to cancel your client. Call your client until you reach someone when canceling) Said he wasn't coming having problems with his machine, I guess he only has one machine?

I took the day off to be here for the cleaning. Not to mention pulling everything off the floor because "he doesn't move any furniture".

Really unprofessional! And be careful folks you may get a no show.
