The owner of the company "Victor" was very thorough, polite,professional. They were on time and practiced the Covid-19 guidelines. The prices were very competitive and I will definitely use them in the future.

Victor went to my house same day to look at the floors. He took video as he walked around and then called me with his estimate. He was willing to negotiate a bit with me and he cleaned my floors and carpets the very next day. Again, he sent video showing his work. He did a FANTASTIC job! I am pleased with his work and how quickly he got it done...within 24 hours of my initial phone call! I would highly recommend Victor and California Steam Clean!

Called and Victor, the owner, picked up and asked me a few questions. I told him I needed two rooms steam cleaned. He fit me in to his schedule when it was convenient for me. When he arrived I showed him the rooms. One of the rooms had carpet stains and I told him I wasn't really worried about the stains but more concerned with just making sure the carpet was sanitized as there were cats living in the house previously. The work was done in less than an hour and the stains were almost gone. Beyond my expectations and very pleased.

We called California Steam Team to clean our couches last year....and we were so glad we did!!! When they were done....they looked completely brand new!!! They smelled and looked so great, and it felt so good to sit on something we knew was clean. We were so impressed by their quality work the first time, that we called them to clean an area rug, and our couches once again. We knew our light colored rug was dirty...but we didn't know HOW dirty !! We could not believe how clean Victor got it....it is white once again! Him and his wife are an amazing team. They are so friendly, professional, and work hard in a timely manner. We will never call anyone but California Steam Team the next time we need our coucbes or area rugs cleaned. We will be calling them soon to clean our carpets, because we know the job will be quality, and have excellent results.
