From the (Heat Pump) Estimate, the contract, through the installation and inspection process, Clean Air personnel communicated and managed the entire process with transparency, detail product and process, and accountability for their service.
Jeremy H., their Customer Coordinator, was involved in the entire process and was always professional and an asset to Clean Air. The Office Manager, Sarah S. kept me current on what needed to be done, by whom, and when (even before I could ask those questions!). The installers Ken and Patrick made a seamless installation on time and carried out the entire installation and cleanup as advertised.
I can give no higher recommendation for Clean Air HVAC.

The technician was on time and preformed his job with no problems. He reported his findings and future actions so they were easy to understand and treated me with respect.

I enjoy doing business with Clean Air HVAC; they are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m impressed with Jeremy, Ken and Claudia — all of whom are prompt and friendly. I’m certain I made the right decision choosing them for my heating units.

I purchased a Maestro thru-the-wall heat pump unit which was installed in Aptil, 2024. After we used the unit for a week or two we had trouble with it halting unexpectedly. We called Clean Air and they came to our house twice to diagnose and fix the problem. It had been caused by a kink in the tube which allows condensed water to drain out through the wall, and was easily fixed with no charge. We are very happy with the heater/air conditioner and with Clean Air’s service.
Update, January, 2026: I retract the above statement that we are very happy! The problem which we thought they had solved last year is still persisting. The service rep came back to check again, and agreed that it’s a problem, apparently caused by a internal part in the heat pump, which is cracked and leaking. He said he cannot fix it right now because they need two people to lift the unit off the wall. I have waited a couple of weeks, and tried to call them back to get it fixed, but still no reply.

Clean Air & their techs are dependable and as a widow/single woman, it’s nice to feel confident in their expertise and they completely know what customer service is all about. And they’re competitively affordable and worth their value l. I can’t recommend them more highly!

We have used Clean Air for over ten years. Prior to Clean Air we tried various companies but never found one that was reliable. The staff at Clean Air are friendly, knowledgeable, and very reliable. We will continue to work with Clean Air and no one else ever, and we mean EVER!

1sr class operation. They installed two units in my apartment in the Waterford at Rossmoor and came back as many time as needed to make adjustments to make them work perfectly. I called them to come a year later and change the filters and they scheduled an appointment right away. Their technicians are all superb, very well trained and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend these folks.

CLEAN AIR is always efficient and thorough.
Ken is extremely polite and helpful. I had a problem with my ducts, a mouse was chewing my vent. He explains and shows pictures of what he found under the house and discusses the possible remedies.
I find that through the years, they installed my new system in 2018, all of their agents have been thorough, extremely helpful and polite.

Have had maintenance contract since initial installation in 2014. Service provided 2 X a year and I have never had any issues with the system. Workers are always on time, courteous, thorough, efficient and friendly.

Ken Medlen, Clean Air’s service manager, arrived promptly, and quickly went into a
problem-solving mode. He was efficient and knowledgeable. At the end, he got a crippled heat pump to produce both welcoming air conditioning and heat required for another day. I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and pleasant manner.

This was the most amazing process. Concern for my attic space was maintained. Upgraded my ductwork to accommodate my new furnace and air conditioner. Added an extra vent to improve heating and cooling. Moved the Unit location for air conditioning to improve efficiency. Moved the controls to meet the new standards. Even had to change out the new air conditioning unit because It had a hole. Only the 2nd time it’s ever happened to them in 22 years of business. I couldn’t ask for more.

On time for annual HVAC checkup. Friendly and knowledgeable. System checked out well. To set up future appointments to check ducts and evaluate for air conditioning for second section of house.
Followup: unfortunately they never followed up so never checked ducts or gave us ideas for additional air conditioning. Did not contact us for annual checkup this year. Would lower rating to 3 stars.

Roy was terrific. He came to give us an estimate to replace our heating system. He said we probably had 10 more years and his estimate was much less than another company. We would highly recommend Clean Air

Came home from a few days away with an alert on my Trane HVAC unit - which has never happened in the eight years I have owned my home.

The system recommended contacting the dealer which was Clean Air HVAC.

I was helped by Erica who was able to set an appointment the very next day. Between 12-2z

Jonathan showed up at noon - on time - was professional and knowledgeable. Checked my HVAC unit and made sure it was functioning properly.

Changed out my filters - had some on hand. Wasn’t able to clear the alert - though he made sure tge HVAC unit is working properly.

Said if the system doesn’t clear on its own after the filters have been changed in the next week to call back and he and his supervisor would come check it out.

So courteous and friendly.

Will definitely call them again if we have any other issues.

I am very happy with the maintenance service this time. Ken is a wonderful technician. He is very detailed and knowledgeable. He cleaned And checked the units Inside my apartment and then changed new filters, and he also cleaned and checked the two units that are up on the roof.

Clean Air HVAC INC is a solid source for all your needs. We have used their service for years. The service people are always top notch, honest and helpful. This is owned by one of the most honest persons that you can know. The techs are either always on time or early. They are very respectful of your home protecting the floors etc… They will not bill you for service you didn’t receive or sell you something you don’t need or of poor quality. I highly recommend this business and all the employees The office people are equally amazing as they are coordinating everything so that you get the best service.

I called CleanAir they were ableto get in really fast to check out my air conditioner. It was making a clunking sound on startup and shutdown.
There Tech called that he was on his way and showed up on time. He was very personable and professional. Reviewed what was going on with my unit. Then communicated what was happening and why. He was very informative. Then fixed the unit in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend CleanAir for any of my HVAC issues.they did a great job.

A few years ago we had Clean Air install a heat pump HVAC system. The house had no central heating or air conditioning before so required a totally new system.

Clean Air did a remarkable job. Their pricing was fair, they had great crews and were helpful in making the system work the way we wanted. After three years everthing is great!!

So when we decided to renovate a house as a rental we immediately called Clean Air for an entirely new heat pump system. The experience was great again. Fair price. Everything went smoothly and the system is up and running!!

Absolutely first rate service and support! I will never call another company to support my ac or heater system. Clean Air installed the system and that process was sooo nice. They provided a solid quote, explained the process and the installation was fast and clean. They’re back now to help with a failed motor. Not only were they able to come out quickly but they identified the problem right away and will be able to fix it quickly. Can’t recommend them enough!

I live in Rossmoor and Clean Air recently installed a new HVAC system and new hot water heater in my home. Everyone involved from the office to the technicians did a great job. Jon explained the pros and cons of the systems we were considering and helped us make the right choice. The work was done on time as promised with no mess left behind. Claudia in the office is super responsive and so pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.
