Ariston H&C is great. While my problem was just a blown fuse, Alejandro was very helpful explaining the quick easy fix. I tried trouble shooting it myself, swapping outside heat pump unit fuse and thermostat. Instead Alejandro just replaced the inside force air unit fuse that needed replacing. Quick easy fix.

We have used Ariston for several projects over the past five years. They have always been friendly, professional, on time and on budget. Even after the job was done, they've always been available for questions about our HVAC system and have even made house calls to help us optimize the system. I can't recommend them highly enough. Ariston Heating and Cooling Company installed our new air conditioning system and did a great job. We are very pleased with their work and their pricing. They were timely and professional and kept the area very clean at the end of the day. They even returned 2 years later to quickly repair a minor problem and reinspect the system and did not even charge us.

These guys are a truly professional outfit. We had a new mini-split system installed in a community property I manage We had four bids, some of which I would call b******* bids, as they were ridiculously overpriced. Then there was the company that insisted we needed to do $10,000 of electrical work. The Ariston team came and gave us a very competitive bid. They did extra research to confirm that we did not need additional electrical added. When they installed our system, they came on time and were very professional, tidy and courteous.

I'm going to switch to them for my regular mini-split maintenance at home instead of the other guys who I have been using.

My old furnace and AC died suddenly. Called several companies and finally chose Ariston to replace my system with an ‘American Standard’ system. Ariston were very competitive and gave me a good deal on the system. It was good to speak with the owners directly vs going through sales people. Alekos, the owner is very knowledgeable and explained the options to me including heat pumps etc. Ariston scheduled the installation right after XMAS and completed the work within a day. Alejandra and crew were fantastic and did a super professional installation job. I am Happy with the system and the quality of work.

Unfulfilled Promises and Communication Issues

While initially promised a complimentary assessment, I was unexpectedly charged $100 by the very pleasant technician.

Further attempts to follow up on the status of the estimate proved frustrating. Despite repeated calls, I was consistently connected with the their front desk receptionist, Sarah, who lacked the authority to provide updates or connect me with her manager. On my final call, Sarah suggested seeking another company and claimed she "does not represent the company" despite handling scheduling and answer the phone.

This lack of communication and transparency, coupled with the unfulfilled promise of an estimate, left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. While I appreciate Sarah's ultimately fruitless efforts, I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Clean Air is dependable and professional. They provide quality work and are great at following up. I have used them personally and many of my real estate clients have used them and were very pleased.

We have used Clean Air for our HVAC needs for the last several years. Always on time, always able to take care of what is needed and their charge is what they originally estimated. 5 stars.
