I called Wave today and was able to get an appointment in the early evening.

Chris was responsive and kept me updated on his arrival time - and he arrived right on time.

He inspected the dryer and made a quick assessment which consisted of a thorough cleaning of the mechanical parts and some lubricant. He quoted me the price and told me he was sure he could fix the problem right then and there.

I went to check on him after 20-30 minutes and he showed me a pulley that he replaced. He said it was better to replace it now. He didn’t charge me for the part, and told me it was included in the initial estimate.

Chris is honest, efficient, and quick. He is my new appliance repairman.

Our AC kept tripping the breaker every time it kicked on. With the heat wave and summer around the corner, we were concerned that we need to replace the whole unit. Boris came out the same day and figured it out fast. He even went to get the part himself to fix our ac unit the same day. Highly recommend!
