Oh man where do I start! Absolute plumbing got me the best supplies someone could ever ask for. Marko is super chill and is friendly to his customers. I recommend yall come to his store and take a look yourselves!

This store is so amazing and welcoming! Marko, (The Owner) was so connecting! Me and my family went to his plumbing store and he was very nice. His products are top tier!!!!!!! I have been meaning to make a positive review fo this spot for months! I have no reception where I live but needed to be sure to do so because my experience here was just that good! Marko was so helpful. I came in with a complicated plumbing situation that needed to be solved and my builder and my husband had been trying to solve it and given up. I knew I could not walk into any hardware or chain home improvement store to solve my problem. I found this specialty plumbing shop close to home and decided to check it out. I walked in there with my baby and my 4yo and some photos of the issue. Marko gave me his dedicated time and expertise and let my kids be comfy on the couch while he found all the parts. He was able to fit together the pieces to solve my riddle of a gas to propane conversion to my hot water heater. I am very grateful and also very glad that I chose a small specialty shop.

As a small business owner this shop has become my go to plumbing warehouse. Marco and Michael are always super friendly and helpful. Customer service here is amazing and these two are always on top of it. The shop is clean, organized, and has a variety of products! Prices are competitive as well! Highly recommend!

Chris repaired our Bosch dishwasher very
professionally. He was courteous and explained
the repair to me. Also, the price was very
reasonable.

I live in Benicia which is 10-15 minutes away from their service center Walnut Creek. Apparently that is to far away for these people. I initially gave a 1 star review, but that was unfair, so I have changed to a neutral 3 stars because of their limited service area.

Called mid morning and they were here mid afternoon. Chris provided great service and is an experienced technician. Dishwasher was repaired quickly and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use WAVE again and recommend to others. Thank you for quick response.

Next day service. Tech (Chris) was great. Easily identified the problem. He came back a few hours later with the part. Easy. No drama. Calling Wave was a good move. I’ll be using them in the future for all my appliance and HVAC needs. THANK YOU!

This place is really great! I live in Crockett and I've had some bad luck hiring people to work on my appliances. I was sure that I was going to have to replace my washing machine but they sent a guy out the same day and he fixed it no problem. They are the real deal and know what they are doing.

Wave repairmen have helped us out numerous times over the past three years at our home in Berkeley (dishwasher, fridge, oven hood, washer, dryer). Very responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. Will continue to rely on them as our trusted appliance repair team. Definitely recommend!
