A tree fell on my home damaging the roof, called for an estimate, their representative came out in the rain stated that he will email me the estimate,,,received the email, left a message to schedule an appointment, Tony called me back and stated "that's not how it works" and that he'll get back to me,,,I called and left messages 3x,,,UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! mind you they put on my original roof, so I still don't understand what the problem is/was

Poor quality work. Non professional. Damaged my existing downspout and drain system. Didn’t fix it and charged the whole price.I will also report them to BBB. Stay away.

A truck had wrecked a downspout and rain gutter, plus another unit needed rotten rain gutters and downspouts replaced. I was extremely impressed with the service we received from Western Sierra. Phone calls were quickly returned, a quote was made right away, and the service was done promptly. We're very happy with their work.

They did an outstanding job of installing our new metal roof. They were flexible with timing because we had to have our existing solar panels removed. Their work was completely quickly, professionally, and efficiently. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Tony and his son are trustworthy, hardworking guys who get the job done! The prices are really reasonable as well! They are punctual, good at giving me status updates and they clean up after themselves. 10 out of 10 experience with a reputable contactor! It was refreshing to have projects go smoothly! I've used then twice and I would definitely use them again! 😉

My realtor referred me to Tony for a roof inspection when we bought the house. I was impressed with how quickly he arrived. The report was what I expected. He charges for the inspection & the charge cannot be credited towards repairs.

I waited perhaps 5 weeks to authorize him to start work. He wasn't priority #1 as there were serious issues to fix first. The rainy season hasn't come yet & I am trying to get ahead of it.

I sent him an email saying that I accepted his proposal & also wanted additional work done. No reply. I forwarded my acceptance two more times. No reply. I phoned. No reply. That is 4 times that I was ignored.

I had sent a PS that I also was interested in solar panels. He gave a short reply to that. Earlier he had said he does install solar panels.

My attitude is if U have to beg him to accept my $2900 + much more (solar), then he is not the one who will fix a problem. I need a consumer friendly contractor who I can depend on.

I've used Western Sierra several times over the last 4 years. They've installed gutters on my house and several of my friends and families houses. We have all been happy with their service. Their a busy company but they have always stuck to the schedule that they give you. I've communicated with both Marshal and Tony and both have been straight shooters. Their one of the only contractors that I feel comfortable recommending to other people.

Western Sierra installed our metal roof and solar in 2015. The roof looks absolutely amazing. I know it’s just a roof, but it’s beautiful. Oh yeah, also does it’s job and holds out the rain if that’s what your going for. 😊. The solar has performed exactly as described and added huge value to the house. The office always returned our calls, installers were very friendly and clean, all around a great company to work with.

VERY WELL PLANED OUT SCAM> THIS GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!I paid Northstar professional services $385 dollars for a plastic bucket, a cable snake with a brush and a flash light, plus a binder and tinny clip board with flyers and a horrible quality DVD probably recorded with his first cellphone. !!!!!!
DOING THE NUMBERS NO MORE THAN $100 WORHT OF STUFF. AND they only training that is given, is the original dvd that sows you how to put the snake in and out of the bucket.
Not enough of a rip off, THEY DONT TELL YOU until you get them on the phone that YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR OWN ADVERTISING and print out copies of the flyers they give you OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET.
yet, they tell you they send advertising to your area.
So I bough a land line dedicated for the business at my house and guess what.? ONE AN A HALFH MONTHS LATER MY PHONE HASN'T RANG ONCE!!!!!! NOT EVEN A MISS CALL . $400 dollar RIP OFF!!!!

Well me and my wife have lived here in my house for 25 years in Orinda and have never had the dryer vent cleaned until now. ( A out of sight out of mind thing ) till I smelled smoke !! I called Karl told him what had happened and he dropped everything and came right out. We showed him the dryer and vent out side he and his forman Mike got straight to work. They cleaned out the lint trap that it was really clogged WOW ! They started brushing in from the out side vent and had me watch well to my surprise scared the hell out of me there is so much dry lint it filled up the shop vac 3 times it came out in piles / handfuls my dryer took about 2 to 3 hrs to dry depending on what was washed a MAJOR FIRE HAZARD after said and done he explain to me the clanking in the pipe from his rods is a very good sound that means it is clean from lint now the dryer dryes in 45 min and thank God we did not burn the house down and now we are FIRE FREE thanks to Karl and taking the time to explain what had happened and that we never had our dryer vent cleaned ever NOW WE KNOW BETTER! Karl was very clean and neat no mess I'm impressed !!! His charge was good and to tell you the truth after seeing all the lint that came out that floored me I would have paid more Karl did a HELL of a GREAT JOB and WE will use him again and for all his other services he does great service .
