Bought a water heater 1 month ago for$600 and had to return for a leak on the tank,they said you have to pay again and get credit for original ,but they could not print a credit recipt and told me it's $90 dollars more because the sale is over,but this was a 1 month old bradford white water heater I already paid for once.

Bad communication, bad service process for an electric water heater warranty item. Don't buy Bradford White water heaters.

Amazon sells the part for $30 same day shipping, I tried supporting a local business was willing to spend $100, this place wanted $189, went to ace hardware in Pittsburg found the exact same part in the exact same box for $89, make it make sense, this is why brick and mortar stores are disappearing, 6x the price can’t be justified at all
