Reviews of local pros in Pacifica, California

So friendly and easy to talk to! Booking a junk removal was quick and painless. Service was prompt. Will be using again in the future!

It was easy to communicate with Christy and his team, and he listened to my requests and concerns. The new front fence feels strong, looks great, and neighbors positively comment on it all the time.

Kristopher and his crew were amazing! They helped use get our kitchen ready for a countertop install, as well as get the interior walls of the house patched up and ready for paint prior to putting it up for sale. Great communication, wonderful attention to detail, and thorough clean up and haul away of trash and debris.

Living on the Pacifica coast means constant wear and tear on homes due to the weather, and my house was no exception. The siding on the west and south sides had taken a lot of damage, so I reached out to Christy for repairs or possible replacement. Christy was quick to respond, came over for an assessment, and unfortunately, found more damage than I had expected. However, he worked closely with me to ensure we stayed within my budget.

Christy was a pleasure to work with—he's a dog lover, so my dogs were always calm and happy, even when he was working in the backyard.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the results and would hire him again without hesitation.

An unexpected leaking from water heater caused a serious water damage to upper unit and down unit. Tenants were all need to moved out for reconstruction. I compare different companies and I chose Creggan Construction. Kristopher really understands my urgency and he works so hard to finish the work on time for me. He’s very considered and efficient. I am glad that I chose their company to do the job. I will definitely refer him to anyone who needs help. Thank you Kristopher !

Christy and Creggan Construction did a great job. Took care of everything I needed repairs on, roof soffit repairs, exterior window trim, among other things. Prices were fair and appreciate supporting local business. Will definitely hire again.

Creggan Construction repaired and replaced the front and side of our house due to dry rot. Kristopher Bradley, founder of the company, headed the construction. They were professional, skilled, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable.
We are satisfied and happy with their work and used them again to build our backyard porch. We highly recommend Creggan Construction to perform services that you may need.

It is hard to adequately put into words how wonderful Kristopher has been as a resource to me and my interior design clients over almost a decade. Kristy is a person of the highest integrity and honesty. He is a strait shooter, no b.s which SO many contractors are so full of. He will go out of his way to help his customers figure out the best solution for their projects at the very best price. He is not only fair, he is an incredible carpenter and will only deliver a perfect job every time. I am eternally grateful to have him on most of my projects. Do not hesitate to contact Creggan Construction for your home/office or restaurant project. Truly the best!

Professional contractors specializing only in high end remodeling and construction noted for quality work

What a great firm! Made me feel like I mattered. Very responsive; kept me in the loop every step of the way. Next time I need work done, I will seek bids - I will make one phone call to Rockaway

Rockaway is a great partner. Family run company that is trustworthy, communicates well and provides quality service. I have partnered with Rockaway on various projects for over 20 years and they have never let me down.

I bought a townhouse that needed some love. The last owner divided the small bedroom into two bedrooms.
They added a wall and pocket door. I called Rockaway for help.. they arrived gave me a fair estimate and started the wall removal immediately.
They finished the job in 8 days and painted the room. I later had carpet replacement in the whole place. Thank you Rockaway for the great fast job.

Great guy to work with, Professional and honest.

Keiran and his team are absolutely top notch. We have used them twice in our historic hike in San Francisco and have compared him against many other contractors. Without a doubt Keiran is the most professional, does the highest quality work, and let can be completely trusted to take care of everything end to end. Highly highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to work with Kieran and his team. The task of refurbishing, replacing architecturally correct windows, 4 stories up was not an easy task. He provided beginning to end work, paying attention to all of the details; from pulling permits for the special spec windows that had to be used, to the build of the historically correct pieces, and installation into a space that was difficult to access, and through a residence that was inhabited. Everything went smoothly with Kieran's communication skills, constructions skills, and vast knowledge of the permitting landscape.
Kieran and Broad Oak far exceeded my expectation of the relationship between contractor and home owner. Kieran is smart, knowledgable and highly skilled. Paramount in this transaction are his communication skills and character, truly blessed to be able to work with such an good person.

Kieran gave me an entirely different experience on remodeling from other GC that I had worked with before.

I came to Kieran with a fixed budget that I knew was not enough to cover everything that I wanted to do.. So Kieran helped me prioritize on areas that would bring out the maximum enhancement of the property value. We ended up gutted one bathroom and completely rebuilt it. We also fixed up some parts of the other bathroom. We touched up the fire place and repainted the whole interior. The results far exceeded my expectations.

Kieran is very thoughtful and trustworthy. He is great at catching the smallest details. The quality of his work is superior. I am very happy with his services, and will absolutely work with him again.

Cannot recommend Kieran and his team enough. We worked with him across several items in our home and he was transparent, communicative, organized, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Hope to work with him again in the future!

Kieran recently completed a kitchen and bath remodel for us. He gutted and completely redid both rooms. From start to finish, Kieran was easy to work with. He showed up on time or early for every meeting and was well prepared with the right questions to ask to guide us through the process. He worked tirelessly to finish the project on time and on budget. When we had some delays that were outside of his control (eg cabinets not being delivered on time), he worked overtime to get us back on track so that we could still finish the project on time. We got multiple bids for our project and his came in around the middle, but unlike other contractors he didn't try to increase his profit with frivolous change orders. I will definitely hire him again for other remodel projects. I give him my highest recommendation, without reservation

Kieran and his team did several renovation projects for us shortly after we moved into our apartment:
1) Home Theater. Opened up holes in our living room walls and ran channels to support in-wall surround sound speakers / in-wall wiring for our home entertainment system and then drywalled and repainted.
2) Medicine cabinet installation and assorted work in our master bathroom.
3) Backsplash tile installation in our kitchen.

Fantastic work on all fronts - projects came in within initial estimates, which were competitive, and we've had no problems with any of the work several years later. Kieran was an outstanding communicator, prompt, and professional, which was critical during the home theater remodel since we had to pivot the project a few times after cutting into the walls and finding non-standard studs in unusual places.

Would definitely recommend and hire again.

We worked with Kieran, Mark, and the Broad Oaks team on a kitchen/living room remodel in spring/summer 2021. We can not recommend them highly enough. In the beginning, Kieran was able to help us understand the cost of the project in a way no other contractor had before. He worked with us to figure out layout and design challenges, based on his wealth of prior experience, and proposed possibilities we never would have considered. His ideas had a huge positive impact on how the space turned out. It was obvious he'd worked on incredible spaces in the past. The team at Broad Oaks, including every subcontractor, was a pleasure to work with and maintained the utmost professionalism, attention to detail, and care—which was of particular importance during Covid, since we lived in the house with our 4-year-old throughout the project. We experienced limited dust and debris, our pets were kept safe, and the remainder of our house, property, and belongings were shown care and respect. We can't wait to work with them on our next project.

Kieran and his team met and exceeded our expectations. Having worked with him on multiple projects now, we appreciate his detailed eye on designs and creative approach to problem solving on site. If any unknown or unforeseen issues arise, Kieran takes these items head on and the project is all the more beautiful because of it.
