Talked to George the tech guy came out to my house to look at my ac unit fixed it in a timely matter had a better price than the first ac company I called they told me it wasn’t fixable and need a new one i highly recommend this company

Was a little disappointed. He didn't show up when originally noted then when a new appointment was scheduled he wasn't as accurate on a price as anticipated.

My ac stopped working I have them a call and they came and fixed it. Even called the next day to check and see if everything was good. Would recommend.

My central air hasn't worked in 6 years because I thought it was gonna be a major fix it took them 10 minutes to fix and was very affordable. I was impressed. And very polite.

My 1st visit was 5 stars and above. My 2nd visit was way below 1 star which I can now only rate it as 2 star. I cant say dont hire this company because of my 1 bad experience but I will definitely not be calling them again. From not showing up during specified window, to dirty workmanship, I can no longer use this company. 1st Visit was the complete opposite, on time, great/clean work. Was hoping for the same but oh well things change with the years. Hope you guys get my 1st experience with this company if you hire them.

Very dissatisfied with the job that was done, (no job was done, I paid for them to come and ruin my units and they did nothing about it). I contacted George's Heating &Air Conditioner to move both of my units to the side of my house, just move the on the other side, about 3 feet. When I called they gave me an estimate of $1,200. JoEl came in to do the job. Throughout the work he was doing I had to keep telling him what Todo, he was using all kinds of color tapes, black, silver, very messy and poor job. I started painting over it while they were here, he noticed I was trying to make it look better so he asked his helper to do it. Treating him very disrespectful and rude. I felt so bad for his helper. JoEl after adhe hehad already moved the unit's told me I had to pay for a few other things, my bill ended up at $1,600. I was very unhappy with the job, it look horrible, I couldn't stop looking about it. I contacted them to move them back because I was very unhappy. JoEl came back to move the after, he was so rude and wanted to keep charging me more fees, I contacted George's and he said not not pay anything more than the $1,600 I had already paid, even though I wasn't happy with the job. They moved them, summer is here, I turned on my unit and now my air-conditioning is not working at all, I never had any problems with my AC before George's Heating and Air-conditioning touched it, I called again, again they send JoEl now with a new helper, and he's now telling me my units need another $1,000 of work because they're so old. I'm not about to pay again for someone I don't trust. So I told him not to do anything at this time he's telling me I owe him $75 for the call. I again called George, talked to him and he waived that fee. After $1,600 for a horrible job now I have no air-conditioning, none of my units are working, I never had any problems before JoEl came to do the job. JoEl was very rude, they took advantage of the fact that I'm a female. I'm very upset, so disappointed and dissatisfied with how they took advantage of me. I still don't have my units working. They didn't want to take responsibility, I don't trust them, I know JoEl did something to break my units because I was not happy with the job. I never got any money back, I paid $1,600 for them to come and break my unit's. Don't use them for anything. You'll regret it. Do your research and call someone else.

A fantastic local HVAC repair service who has helped me out of the scariest situations with over and above attentive service 2+ years in a row with very reasonable costs and arrival on short notice. Absolutely fantastic people!

Called them because my heater wasn’t working and it was freezing cold. They came out quickly, fixed the problem with a very reasonable rate, gave me suggestions for future maintenance and then gave me a great price for replacing my air conditioner unit. Very satisfied.

I just recently move to Palmdale and the air condition just stop working I check on google and call George Heat and & Air and I do have to said I am glad I call them. The technician Joel was very knowledgeable and found the problem right away.- Joel is a great asset to the company. Very polite and courteous representative. I called today to get my AC repaired. I've called before and they did an outstanding job. This time around they wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee, their website states free estimates. The guy informed me he is too busy and charges diagnostic fees when he is busy. So unprofessional and talk about false advertisement. I felt I was getting conned, so I ended up not hiring them. Sad, I've used them for years.

Overall experience was excellent!
Called them, got a free estimate, the price was very reasonable. Same day service! The crew was very friendly and totally competent. The workmanship is high quality. They fixed the problem promptly.
I would highly recommend them as being honest, prompt and competent Very reliable service.. 5 stars.!
